硫系添加剂在可生物降解基础油中的抗磨性能研究

【摘要】 本文从环保基点出发,首先分析了生物可降解润滑油基础油的降解机理。通过大量试验,系统地研究和探讨了含硫添加剂在菜籽油中的极压性能和抗磨机理。同时对不同功能添加剂与硫化异丁烯在菜籽油中复配性能进行了分析。得出了硫化异丁烯与ZDDP复配后,可以提高硫化异丁烯在菜籽油中的抗磨性能;当硫化异丁烯、T202和T109复配时,硫化异丁烯与T109在承载性能方面有对抗效应;当硫化异丁烯、T202和T152复配时,硫化异丁烯与T152在承载能力方面有协同效应。

【Abstract】 First of all, author makes a general analysis to the Biodegrade principal of biodegradable baseoil base on the term of protect environment. Then, by a great many tests, the extreme press and antiwear capability of S-additive in the rapeseed oil is studied extensively, the lubricating and antiwear theory are studied systematically. In the same time, the compatibility between Sulfurized isobutylene(SIB) and other additives in rapeseed oil are analyzed. The test results show that the antiwear capability of SIB in the rapeseed oil is enhanced when the SIB and ZDDP mix in the rapeseed oil. The coordination between SIB, T202 and T109 is investigated. The results show that SIB has bad compatibility with T109 to antiwear capability. The coordination between SIB, T202 and T152 is investigated. The results show that SIB has synergism with T152 to antiwear capability.
