永久性沥青路面沥青稳定碎石设计方法研究

【摘要】 沥青稳定碎石具有普通沥青混合料的一般特性,又具有自身的一些特点,在进行永久性沥青路面结构设计时,沥青稳定碎石基层应具有抗永久变形、抗沥青层底疲劳及水稳定性要求。目前规范关于沥青稳定碎石的配合比设计方法沿用原沥青路面设计方法,无法突出其在路面结构层次的功能要求。因此,进行沥青稳定碎石研究具有重要的应用价值和实际意义。 本文在分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,选定四种沥青稳定碎石基层混合料的级配、三种不同沥青(KLM90#、KLM70#以及KLM90#SBS改性),采用大马歇尔试验方法进行混合料配合比设计。在此基础上,系统地研究了沥青稳定碎石基层混合料的力学性能、高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能等路用性能,并对沥青稳定碎石混合料各级配的经济性评价方法进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The Asphalt Treatment Base have the ordinary bituminous mixture general characteristic, also has own some characteristics, when carries on the permanent bituminous pavement structural design, the Asphalt Treatment Base should have the anti-permanent deformation, the anti-brea bed bottom weary and the water stability request. At present the standard continues to use the protobitumen pavement design method about the asphalt stable crushed stone mixture ratio design method, is unable to highlight it in the pavement structure level function request. Therefore, conducts Asphalt Treatment Base research to have the important application value and the practical significance.This article in analyzes the domestic and foreign correlation research results in the foundation, designated four kind of the Asphalt Treatment Base blend the gradation, three kind of different asphalt (KLM90#, KLM70# as well as the KLM90#SBS modification), uses the big Marshall testing method to carry on the blend mixture ratio design. In this foundation, has systematically studied Asphalt Treatment Base blend mechanics performance, the high temperature stability, the water stability and the fatigue resistance can and so on the roads use the performance, and has conducted the research to the Asphalt Treatment Base mixed macadam various gradations efficiency assessment method.
