【摘要】 芍药(Paeonia lactiflora)是我国的传统名花，切花生产是芍药产业化发展的重要组成部分。适宜的切花品种的确定是芍药切花生产的基础，完善的切花采后保鲜技术的建立是切花生产的保证。本研究以103个传统品种为对象，研究了其切花的适宜性程度，并以其中15个品种为对象，进行芍药开花进程的研究；针对适宜切花的品种‘桃花飞雪’、‘奇花露霜’进行了适宜采收期、瓶插液、预处液的研究，主要研究结果如下： 1．依据花色、切花瓶插寿命、花朵直径、着花量等特点，初步从供试的103个芍药品种中筛选出‘桃花飞雪’、‘晴雯’、‘蓝田飘香’等17个花、形俱佳的一级切花芍药品种及多个二级切花芍药品种。 2．芍药开放方式可以分成绽口型和非绽口型两种。两种开放方式从显蕾到衰老均可以划分为相互连接的七个时期。非绽口型分为硬蕾期、松瓣期、转色期、软蕾期、初开期、盛开期、衰老期；绽口型分为硬蕾期、开口期、松顶期、松蕾期、初开期、盛开期、衰老期； 3．‘奇花露霜’和‘桃花飞雪’在短期冷藏和长期冷藏时适宜的采收期不同。‘奇花露霜’短期冷藏时松瓣期、转色期、软蕾期采收区别不大；长期冷藏时以转色期最佳；而‘桃花飞雪’短期冷藏和长期冷藏时都以转色期为佳。 4．筛选出适宜‘奇花露霜’和‘桃花飞雪’的瓶插液各2个。 5．筛选出适宜‘奇花露霜’的预处液1个，适宜‘桃花飞雪’的预处液3个。更多还原

【Abstract】 Herbacious peonies (Paeonia lactifflora) are traditional plants native to China. The fresh-cut peonies production has been one of the most important branches in peony commercial production which basis on property cultivars and can be insured by the integrative post-harvest technolegy. In my study, 103 traditional cultivars were studied to determine which cultivars would produce good fresh-cut flowers. 15 traditional cultivars were studied on the growth progress of herbaceous buds. A trial was established of the two cultivars ’Tao Hua Fei Xue’ and ’Qi Hua Lu Shuang’ to ascertain the property cut-stage、 vase solution and pre-treatment solution. The main results were as follows:1.103 cultivars were classified into four grads according to the color , parameter,longevity in vasing .density of flower,etc. 17 cultivars in the first grade with wonderful color and form ,such as ’TaoHua FeiXue’, ’Qing Wen’, ’LanTian PiaoXiang’ and so on, were selected.2.The growth progress of the buds can be separated into two types: the chapped-type and the non-chapped type . Each type includes seven stages. The non-chapped type include tight bud、 unstuck petal bud、 colour-changing bud、 soft bud、 initial opening、 full opening and wilting; The chapped-type include tight bud、 dissilient bud、 unstuck top bud、 unstuck bud、 initial opening、 full opening and wilting. The configuration and the bulk of every stage were described.3.There is no significant difference in cut flower quality as cut in unstuck petal bud、 colour-changing bud or soft bud for ’Qi Hua Lu Shuang’ when storge for short time; When sorge for long time , colour-changing bud is the most fessible cut stage for ’ Qi Hua Lu Shuang’.
