新型大颗粒磁选机结构参数的研究

【摘要】 为了解决简化重介质选煤新工艺对磁选回收系统提出的新要求,开发出新型大颗粒磁选机,解决微细物料的高效回收和大颗粒物料的堵塞问题,进行了新型大颗粒磁选机结构参数的研究。该研究在提高选煤装备的可靠性和缩短与国外设备的技术差距方面具有重要的意义。 本文通过对国内外磁选技术研究现状的分析,指出了选煤重介磁选回收技术的重要性和未来在该领域内需要开展的理论研究方向。指出了应用当代先进的知识平台(计算电磁学方法及其工具)对磁系磁场进行定量分析和仿真是提高产品设计质量的根本途径。开创性地在传统重介回收领域引入了该方法,获得了初步的成功。探讨了磁铁矿粉粒度性质与回收效率之间的关系。通过优化磁系结构参数的方法,提高了表面的磁感应强度和磁场力的作用深度。样机的分选试验表明细粒介质的回收效果得到了显著的提高,磁性物回收率可达99.8%。对影响大颗粒物料通过分选流程的相关因素进行了研究,探讨了磁系布置型式与分选效果、分选空间的关系,推导了确定圆筒转速的数学公式,选择了新型的传动支承结构和相应的给矿方式,设计了新型卸矿装置。试验表明,大颗粒的通过性获得了显著的提高,解决了堵塞问题,提高了设备的可靠性。 本研究为新型大颗粒磁选机的研制奠定了可靠的理论和试验基础,对促进重介回收磁选技术的技术进步具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 In the field of new technics of dense medium coal preperation, in order to solve the new demand from new technics to the magnetic seperation system and to develop a new type of macrogranule magnetic seperator to meet the need of reclaim of the very small powder efficiently and of blockage of macrogranule in the processing of seperation.’The Research on Structural Parameter of New Type Macrogranule Magnetic Seperator’ is carried out in this dissertation. It has very important meaning in exaltation the depending of coal preperation equipment and shortens the distance of technique margin of the equipment.Though the analysis of present condition in research of magnetic seperation field in the world, pointing the importance of magnetic seperation reclaim technics in dense medium coal preperation and the further theories research direction in the field. Also pointing the really basic path that raises the product design quantity that is carrying on the quantitative analysis and imitate to the magnetic system of magnetic seperator using by the contemporary knowledge terrace (computational electromagnetics arithmetic and it’s tools). First using this method (CEM) in designing of magnetic system in the field of coal preperation and acquiring the success of the first step. Stuied the relation between of the composing of magnetite powder and it’s recovery efficiency, got the conclution that the most difficult composing is under 5 pm. Using by the optimize method of magnetic system designing, raised the magnetic induction intension on the surface of magnetic system and the depth of the magnetic force. The sepration experiments of the sample machine express that the reclaim of the tiny powder turns high, totle reclaim of the magnetite powder can amount to 99.8 percents. Carried on the research towards some factor when macrogranule getting through the seperation space. Inquiried the relation between the type of the magnetic system, seperation efficiency and seperation space. Deduced the mathmatical formula of the rotate speed. Choosed the new structure of driving system and the type of feedmine. Designed the new type of the unload mineral device. Through the sampel mashine experiment, draw the conclusion that the passing capability of the macrogranuale raised, the blockage didn’t existed, so the dependability of the machine got raised.This research built the experimet basis and gave the reliable theory in the further designing of the New Type Macrogranule Magnetic Seperator and had very important meaning in giving technical prograss of the dense medium coal preperation magnetic seperation field.
