侧卸装岩机工作机构运动仿真及优化设计

【摘要】 装岩机工作装置设计经历了从“手算”到“电算”,从“盲目”到“有目的”的一个漫长的过程。同时,在目前的优化设计过程中,不论是变量、目标函数、约束条件的确定还是优化方法的选择,都具有复杂性和多样性,优化结果差别也较大,本文以典型的侧卸装岩机为研究对象,建立了工作装置的运动数学模型,将规范的要求贯穿始终,利用Pro/Engineer软件对装岩机工作机构进行运动仿真,利用ANSYS软件对工作机构的关键部件动臂进行了优化设计。具体工作包括如下几个方面: 1.分析机构的运动规律和结构特点,总结前人的经验,建立了装岩机工作机构较完整的、可通用的、全新的的数学模型,且对参数作出明确、清晰、规范的定义。 2.利用Pro/Engineer软件对工作机构从铲掘、提升、侧卸到返回自动放平的全过程进行了运动仿真,得出了关键点在全过程任一位置的位移、速度及加速度的值,并进行干涉检验。 3.利用ANSYS软件对动臂进行了优化设计,在不影响动臂强度的前提下得出了动臂截面形状和壁厚的理想值。 4.对动臂进行模态分析。

【Abstract】 The design of the working mechanism of the mucker has experienced a far-flung process from "manual computation" to "electronic compution".At the same time, during the course of optimal design at present,with reference to the ascertain of variables, the target function and therestricted conditions, and the selection of the optimal method, they all have the characteristics of complecity and variety. The optimal result has prodigious difference. Due to its own characteristic, the design of the working mechanism of the mucker is an eternal task. In this article, the research on a typical reversal sides dump mechanism has been made, and the fire-new and integrated locomotor mathematic modeling of the working mechanism and mathematic modeling of optimal design has been established . The working mechanism was locomotor simulated by Pro/Engineer and the key part of the working mechanism was optimal designed. The details include the following several aspects.1. The movement regulation and the structure characteristics of the analytical mechanism, built up packing the mucker work mechanism an integrity of,in general use of all new mathematics model, and make to the parameter an explicit,clear definition, on the summary people of the past’s experience .2. Make use of the Pro/Engineer software to dig,promote from the spade to the work mechanism,the side dump,return an auto put even whole processeses to carry on movement to locomotor simulation, got a key to order the any position is at the whole processeses of move,the value of the speed and acceleration, and carry on interfering with an examination.3. Make use of the ANSYS software to turn a design towards moving arm to carry on excellently, to descend move thick most ideal value of the arm interface shape and wall not influence a premise of move the arm strength.4. To move arm to carry on the modle analysis.
