【摘要】 随着信息经济时代全球化竞争格局的日益加剧，国内中小型流通企业面临更加严峻的全球化竞争的挑战。由于经营管理理念滞后，目前的中小型流通企业的信息化建设水平普遍不高，这一局限性严重影响了企业发展，迫切需要引入先进的管理思想和手段，然而由于目前通用的大型ERP系统的结构复杂、且功能繁多，因此并不能满足中小型流通企业的实际需求。 针对以上问题，本文在对中小型流通企业的企业资源管理系统的特点和中小型流通企业的供应链管理的侧重点进行分析的基础上，对中小型流通企业物料编码规范和系统数据库设计提出了有效的解决方案，设计和提出了面向中小流通企业的业务管理系统的逻辑体系结构、技术体系结构和工作流程。表单作为业务流程处理中的重要数据对象，表单自定义配置和定制是业务自定义的基础，本文对表单自定义及其他相关关键技术进行了深入探讨，并提出了切实可行的解决方案。 在论文研究的基础上，成功开发了一套适合于中小型流通企业需求的企业资源管理系统，并在苏州汇丰纸业有限公司得到了具体应用。论文对该系统的功能及实现技术进行了阐述，并介绍了该系统的应用情况。本文的研究成果对于从事中小流通企业ERP技术推广、应用和研究的同仁具有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small and medium Merchandising businesses in China are facing global competition, and they need better ways to manage their businesses. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an effective solution for large businesses, but it has so many functions and it is too complex for small and medium Merchandising businesses.This paper discusses the characters of resource management system in small and medium Merchandising businesses in the information age, and focuses on the supply chain management. This paper provides an effective solution for small and medium Merchandising businesses with resource coding and database designing. It also provides logical system structure, technical system structure, and process flow for small and medium Merchandising businesses. Reports are the most important objects in the working process, and customized reports are critical. This paper discusses in detail customized reports and related technologies, and provides a practical solution for it.Based on the above researches, author develops a resource system for small and medium Merchandising businesses and applies it in Suzhou Huifen Paper. This paper discusses in detail the application of this system in that company and forecasts the future of development in resource systems.更多还原
