无心磨床在线自动测量系统的研究

【摘要】 为了进一步提高工件磨削的质量,在线检测技术被用于磨床磨削系统,以构成一个闭环控制系统。本课题以轴类零件的直径测量为例,在现有的传感器基础上,综合单片机技术和微机完成无心磨床外径在线测量系统的研究。 本文对机械加工的各种测量方法进行了分析和探讨,为实现高精度、高效率、低成本等各方面的要求,采用了光栅传感器来对加工工件进行非接触式的在线测量。本课题的主要研究内容是利用单片机实现无心磨床上对工件进行在线测量,形成反馈,以进一步控制被加工工件的精度,从而形成无人化、高精度、高效率生产模式,主要包括: (1)测量方法和传感器的选取。要实现高精度在线检测,首先要保证有足够高的静态精度。本文对现有光栅传感器从原理上作了深入的分析,对其参数进行了静态标定,对现有光栅传感器进行多次动态校准分析,得到现有传感器的动态特性。 (2)机械部分的设计。主要阐述了无心磨床尺寸测量装置的结构设计,对其整体的功能作了概述,并对重要零件的选择进行了分析;最后对测量装置的三维实体造型工作进行了简述。 (3)控制部分软硬件的设计。根据磨床在线测量的要求,设计了一个以单片机为核心的电路来对传感器及其调理电路的输出信号进行采集、处理、显示,并反馈给磨床,实现对磨床磨削加工的闭环控制。文章最后对整个磨床在线检测系统进行了简单的误差分析。 本课题通过本测量系统的软件模拟调试,能实现所预期的要求,验证了本自动测量系统方案的可行性和正确性,对生产上实际中实现无心磨床的在线自动测量奠定了基础,同时也对其它各种机床的改造提供了一种途径和方案。

【Abstract】 To improve the quality of machine work pieces, on-line measuring technology is adopted on grinding machine to form a closed-loop grinding system. Taking the outside-diameter measurement of the spindle, method of how to use the raster transducer to realize the on-line measuring system on the grinding machine isintroduced in this article.This paper has carried on analysis and discussion to various measuring methods , in order to realize requirements of various fields such as high precision , low cost with high efficiency, adopt raster transducer to measure work piece g online. The main research contents of this article are making use of SCM to realize on the center-less grinding machine to measure the work piece online, and form a closed-loop grinding system , in order to control the precision of piece ,further, form a nobody、 high precision and high efficiency producing mode, mainly included:(1) Choosing the measurement method and transducer. It should guarantee firstly that there is enough high static precision to realize high precision measured online. This text has made a deep analysis for the raster transducer on its principle, and carried on the static behavior to its parameter standard, carry on numerous dynamic calibration analysis to the transducer of the existing grating, receive the dynamic characteristic of the existing transducer.(2) Designing the mechanical equipment. The content mainly explained is that the structural design of the measuring device for the center-less grinding machine , and has made the summary about its whole function and analyzed the choice of the important part; Finally, the work about sketching the three-dimensional entity’s model for the measuring equipment is related .(3) Designing the part of automatically software and hardware control.
