【摘要】 随着科学技术和经济的发展，进入21世纪后，消费者的需求趋于多样化、个性化，市场变化莫测，再加上信息技术的蓬勃兴起，加剧了企业的全球化竞争。传统企业只关注内部资源运作的管理模式正在经受严峻挑战，供应链管理正是顺应经济和时代的要求而发展起来的一种新兴管理模式。对于那些善于理解市场变化，善于运用供应链的企业而言，借助供应链管理，将使企业继续腾飞，因此我们说，供应链管理将成为企业决胜未来的重要工具。 本文从以下几个方面讨论了供应链管理中的问题：供应链和供应链管理的理论知识，供应链中信息技术的支持以及电子商务环境下供应链管理的发展，供应链信息共享的问题，最后讨论了供应链合作伙伴的关系及选择。 信息技术的发展使得供应链管理者在进行经营革新或模拟决策结果的时候可以利用大量有效的信息，供应链管理者基于这些信息可以对供应链进行有效的管理。 电子商务的发展引起了企业供应链的变革，促进供应链向全球网络化的方向发展，构成了一个电子商务供应链网络，消除了整个供应链网络上不必要的运作和消耗；电子商务的发展促进了供应链中信息流的改善，通过因特网，供应链伙伴之间的信息传递由原来的线形结构变为网状结构，使资金流动、库存、成本、服务获得改善，通过网上直接与消费者信息交流，企业可以直接对市场作出快速反应。 信息共享是实现供应链管理的基础，准确可靠的信息可以帮助企业作出正确的决策。供应链的协调运行建立在各个节点企业高质量的信息传更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of science and economy ,because the requirement of consumers are various and individual ,the market becomes changeable .These changes and the flourish of information technology make the enterprise competition prick up .The traditional enterprises only pay attention to the movement of internal resource. This managing model is enduring austere challenge .Supply chain management (SCM) is a new arisen manageable model .This model is adapt to the requirement of the development of science and economy .By using SCM ,the enterprises will develop with trail in the water .So we can reasonably say ,SCM will became an important implement in order to help the enterprises to succeed in the future .This paper will discuss some problems of SCM in the following several aspects :SCM and the theory knowledge of SCM ,the sustain of information technology in SCM , the development of supply chain (SC) under the surrounding of E-C ,the problem of information share in SC ,the relation the selection of cooperative fellow in SC .Because of the development of information technology , SCM manager can do working renovation or simulative decision-making and improve managing efficiency by using a great deal of effective information .更多还原
