回采巷道围岩三维受力特征及其维护的研究

【摘要】 随着煤矿开采工艺的不断创新,煤矿生产能力日益提高,地下巷道断面不断加大,造成巷道维护难度增加。回采顺槽一般沿煤层底板掘进,巷道位于煤层中,在开采过程中不可避免地要经受多次反复的采动影响,围岩变形破坏严重,巷道维护尤其困难。因此对该类巷道围岩的稳定性及其相关参数进行研究具有重要意义。本文在理论分析和数值模拟的基础上,以晋城市岳城煤矿地质条件为背景,在考虑到岩体流变特性的前提下,运用三维有限差分法(FLAC3D)分别针对弹性及弹塑性模型在无支护、有支护两种不同状态下进行了对比分析。通过对两种模型巷道围岩的屈服破坏特征、岩体内应力分布特征及位移分布特征的分析,揭示了顺槽巷道围岩的总体破坏规律,即巷道底板岩层主要呈拉伸破坏趋势,顶板岩层中部呈现拉伸破坏,两侧呈现剪切破坏,顶底板两角主要呈现剪切破坏趋势,而巷帮中部则是拉伸、剪切破坏并存。其中距离工作面6m之内的顺槽巷道围岩受开挖影响较剧烈,有必要进行超前加强支护和密切监测。随着时间的增加,围岩的整体应力值明显降低、位移量明显增大,位移带分布范围随着时间的推移进一步加大。巷道围岩顶板下沉、底鼓现象严重,巷道围岩产生较大位移变形,在不采取支护措施的情况下,无法满足地下采掘工程的生产需要。 本文的研究成果揭示了地下回采顺槽围岩在流变特性下的屈服破

【Abstract】 As the reformation of exploit technology and the improvement of throughput in coal mine, gate section gets bigger and bigger ,which brings more difficulty in supporting . Mining traffic road lies in coal seam which is subjected to mining affect during serving time iteratively. Surrounding rock of gate generally distorts severely and it is especially hard in supporting. So studying the stability and relative parameters of the gate has very important signification.This dissertation, based on theoretical analyses and numerical simulations, compares elastic model to plastic model which built on geology of YueCheng mine in Jincheng, on different conditions ,without bolt supporting and with supporting , by using FLAC3D numerical simulation , on the precondition considering of the tardigrade creeping of rock. We get the general breakage regulation about wall rock of mining traffic road through contrastive analysis. There is tension effect in bottom mostly, and tension in middle roof, shear in side roof .Besides ,it occurs shear effect in road corner, shear-tension effect in middle section of wall rock mostly.
