群孔的高效高精加工技术及机理

【摘要】 分布有几千甚至上万个深小孔的零件广泛用于车辆、石化及冶金行业,群、小孔加工在机械加工中倍受重视和关注。蜂窝陶瓷主要是作为催化剂的载体,在净化汽车尾气等方面发挥着重要作用。其性能在很大程度上取决于蜂窝陶瓷挤出模具的性能,蜂窝陶瓷挤出模具在使用过程中由于孔深、孔径的不一致,使得泥浆经挤压后出泥速度不同,会使挤出端面出现凸凹现象,严重的在出泥快的地方会出现打摺现象,影响蜂窝陶瓷的通气率。在出泥慢的地方会出现断裂现象,影响其强度。 本课题以蜂窝陶瓷挤出模具为研究对象,探究如何高效、高精度地加工该模具上分布的大量的细长盲孔,对其钻削过程中由于钻头磨损产生的在轴向和径向的误差的补偿进行了研究。 按照制造系统工程的理论,本文通过算法,建立了基于均匀分布的钻孔路径规划,从功能的角度把钻头在直径方向的磨损间接补偿。即在钻孔过程中,随钻头的磨损,把已加工的大小不同的孔均匀分布在整个加工区域。通过专用的对刀系统,在加工过程中每加工一定数量的孔就自动校准钻头钻尖的Z坐标,从而实现对钻头长度方向的磨损补偿。另

【Abstract】 A great deal of parts that distribute hundreds or thousands of deep and small holes play more and more important role in many areas such as auto, petrochemical and metallurgy etc. Drilling group of deep and small holes is an important craftwork that has been widely applied in modern industry. As catalyzer carrier ceramics plays the most important role in purifying auto waste gases. And its performance lies in that of ceramic honeycomb extrusion die. Because of the inconsistence of holes depth and aperture in the machining process, there will be protruding and concave phenomenon in the surface of ceramics. So the ventilation of ceramic will be affected seriously and rupture will be produced in some areas where machining speed is very slow thus its strength is influenced.Ceramic honeycomb extrusion die is the research object in this paper.
