基于GIS技术的矿山开采计划分析决策系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 在矿山生产经营与决策过程中,工程技术人员希望得到科学的决策支持和优选生产方案提高生产效率和降低生产成本。虽然某些矿区已经开始了数字化的工作,然而大都以AutoCAD为平台进行手工的绘制,数据信息无法得到直观完整的表达,效率还是很低。三维可视化技术和GIS技术的发展为矿山企业实现这一目标提供了契机。本文根据矿山露天矿开采实际需求,将三维可视化技术应用到矿山GIS系统中,实现了矿山地理信息数据三维表达,使用户能从随时了解和掌握露天矿的地质构造,为矿山开采决策提供直观支持。在矿山三维地学模型建立的基础上实现矿山露天矿开采最终境界的确定和优化,减少矿山生产设计中的重复性工作,实现了从规划设计到施工图的计算机化,为露天矿开采提供辅助决策支持。论文详细论述了矿山开采计划分析决策系统的设计和实现方案,对三维可视化技术在GIS系统中的应用进行了深入研究,重点研究了矿山三维地学模型及相关算法。在此基础上开发实现了基于GIS技术的矿山开采计划分析决策系统,系统在武钢大冶铁矿的应用中取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 In the process of production and decision making in opencast, technicians want to acquire decision supports to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. In recent years some area began to improve their digital ability. But there is a lack of the ability of efficiency by using AutoCAD and manual manipulation. With the development of 3D Visualization and GIS technology made it possible to improve this situation.According to the actual requirement, this paper discussed the application of the 3D Visualization technology in the GIS system. By the means of using the technology of 3D Visualization, this GIS system for mine can show the geographical information data of mine in three dimension and made user understand and grasp the geological structures of open pit mine at any time. These features can provide a visual decision support to the user.This dissertation focused on the research and experiment work in the following aspects. First, the design and implementation of Opencast GIS System . Second, the 3D Geosciences Model of open pit and the corresponding algorithm . Third, discuss the implement of 3D Visualization technology to GIS system.At last,based on the research of the above topics. Opencast GIS system has been developed using OpenGL. The software has been applied to Wugang Daye Mine and obtained excellent effects.
