新型高性能Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 随着机械的高速化发展,加上高温、腐蚀等苛刻环境下运行的设备不断增加,材料的耐磨性成为重要的技术问题。正是在这种情况下,三元硼化物应运而生,因为三元硼化物具有优异的力学性能、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐高温性能,所以这种材料在工农业生产中有着非常广泛的用途,在国民经济中扮演着很重要的角色。仔细研究硼化物的性能是在80年代末以后开始的,目前对三元硼化物基金属陶瓷进行研究的还仅仅是日本、美国等少数几个国家,而且集中在研究其烧结性能,对其烧结机理和应用的研究还不成熟。原位反应烧结法是制备三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的一种新工艺。本文着重探讨了Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷的制备工艺及性能之间的联系。采用原位反应烧结法制备三元硼化物基金属陶瓷,通过XRD分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段研究了Mo/B原子比、含碳量、烧结工艺、成型方法、成型剂、原料的干燥方式和热处理等因素对Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷组织和性能的影响,并得出了最佳的制备工艺。同时对三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、相关的物理性能和力学性能作了测试、分析和探讨。研究表明,Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷材料在原料配比Mo/B原子比等于1.1时,其具有良好的组织和性能,当添加2.5%(wt)Cr粉、2.5%(wt)Ni粉、0.5%(wt)CeO粉时,其组织和性能分别有很大改善和提高,在对待烧结试样产生气孔问题上以添加0.9~1.2%(wt)碳粉作为还原剂来解决取得很好的效果;在制备工艺上,通过采用石蜡作为粘结剂、处于无水乙醇保护下湿态球磨、球磨转速320r/min、球磨30h、真空干燥、等静压成型、最高烧结温度为1280℃的状态下具有最良好的组织和性能。同时得出了Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷具有良好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性,并且其还具有和钢基良好的冶金结合性能。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the speed up of machines and the amount of the apparatus which running under the strict circumstances of high temperature and corrosion,the properties of abrasive resistance come to be an important technical issue. Be in this situation,ternary boride based cermets appears. Ternary boride based cermets have excellent properties of mechanical,abrasive resistance,corrosive resistance and high temperature resistance. So it is widely used in industry and agriculture and plays a very important role.The institution of the properties of boride had started since the end of 80s. The institution of ternary boride based cermets is in minority countries in the world such as Japan and America. They focused in the sintering properties and knew very few about the mechanism of sintering. In-situ reaction sintering is an innovative technique to produce ternary boride based cermets.Mechanism of Mo2FeB2 based cermets and the relationship with its properties are discussed in this article.By XRD analyse,SEM and EDX analyse and studied the influence of the factors’effect of properties and microstructure of Mo2FeB2 based cermets.The factors include the ratio of Mo/B,the amount of carbon,parameters of sintering,the method of molding,the binder,the method of drying and the heat treatment etc.And obtained the best technique. The properties such as high hardness,excellent properties of abrasive resistance,corrosive resistance,physical and mechanical of ternary boride cermets are introduced briefly (also tested,analysed and discussed)here.It is demonstrated that it(Mo2FeB2 based cermets) has superior microstructure and properties while the Mo/B equals to 1.1,and the microstructure and properties improved a lot when Cr and Ni powder at 2.5 percent and CeO powder at 0.5 percent.The optimum carbon addition(0.9~1.2%wt)eliminated pores, which resulted in an improvement in transverse rupture strength. By the process Using the paraffin to take the cementing agent, ball milling it under the alcohol protection of the hygrometric state for 30 hours at the speed of 320r/Min, then vacuum drying, and taking shapes on the static pressure ,vacuum sintering at the temperature of 1280℃and using olefin as the binder we can gain the most excellent properties and microstructure of ternary boride based cermets.And Mo2FeB2 based cermets have supernal high hardness and fair properties of abrasive resistance,corrosive resistance.It also have excellent properties of metallurgy bonding with steel based.
