我国小城镇给水系统建设技术及给水污泥资源化研究

Research on Constructively Technology of Water Supply Systems and Waterworks Sludge Reclamation in Small Towns of China

【摘要】 发展小城镇是我国今后相当长一段时间内的城市化发展战略,小城镇的给水工程作为其中重要的基础设施之一,对小城镇的经济建设和人民生活有着举足轻重的作用。目前我国尚没有针对小城镇给水系统建设的相应规范和标准,缺少对不同类别小城镇给水系统建设模式关键技术,以及给水污泥处理处置与资源化利用的针对性研究。鉴于上述问题,本论文以实地调研为切入点,采用共性与个性相结合、理论与实践相结合、吸纳原有给水标准规范与创新相结合、科学研究成果与小城镇发展实际相结合的方法,对我国小城镇提出给水系统建设技术方面的思路,以及给水污泥资源化利用方向,并对污泥土地利用进行了试验研究。在充分认识小城镇及其给水系统特点的基础上,首先将小城镇给水系统从宏观上分为区域给水系统和独立给水系统,提倡有条件的小城镇优先考虑采用区域给水模式,而采取独立给水的小城镇应尽量采取集中式给水。对区域给水系统及独立给水系统建设中的技术要点,如需水量预测、水源选择及保护、水源合理配置、管网工程建设以及净水工艺等进行了较为系统的阐述和概括总结性的研究。论文还结合我国小城镇特性,对当前给水系统建设中存在的一些问题提出看法和建议。在总结归纳国内外给水污泥处理处置现状的基础上,论文提出了三种小城镇给水污泥处理系统思路:单独处理系统、合并处理系统以及联合处理系统,对三类系统适用条件、技术要点进行了分析和研究。并从小城镇的实际出发,提出了几种小城镇给水污泥资源化利用途径:回收混凝剂,作建筑材料或建筑辅料,作垃圾场覆土以及土地利用等。给水污泥土地利用的试验研究证明,给水污泥施用于土地后,可以在一定程度上减少农田土壤中磷随着雨水、灌溉水等污染地下水体以及地表水体,这将会对小城镇农田非点源污染的产生起到一定的控制作用。另外,给水污泥施加后,使得土壤保水能力、孔隙率增加,容重减少,土壤部分性质在一定程度上得以改善,使其更加有利于耕作。无论是从环境保护的角度还是从资源利用的角度,给水污泥的土地利用都有其积极的意义,它将是一种简易而低能耗,适合我国大多数地区小城镇实际情况的污泥处置方式。

【Abstract】 Development of Small Towns is considered as a long-term urbanization strategy for China. Water supply facility is one of the necessary infrastructures for the small towns and is the significant foundation for sustainable economy development and improvement of local people’s living standard. Furthermore, there are no pertinent regulations and standards for the construction of water supply systems in small towns in China, and scant of studies on different methods to construct water supply facilities and waterworks disposal and reclamation for various categories of small towns.To handle the problems mentioned above, this dissertation is based on on-site investigation, integrating practice into theories, combining existed regulations with innovative rules, employing research findings to practical situations, to serve as technical framework for constructive technology of water supply systems in various categories of small towns、ways of waterworks sludge disposal and reclamation, and had done the examination on waterworks sludge utilize for soil.Based on the understanding of features for small towns and corresponding water supply systems, modes of water supply systems in small towns are classified as regional water supply systems and independent water supply systems. It is strongly recommended that for conditional small towns, regional water supply is a better choice, and it better adopt unify water supply when independent water supply systems carried out. Then, major technologies aspects of regional water supply and independent water supply systems are studied, such as water demand prediction、water source rational deploy、water source protect、and pipelines construction、technology process etc. And combine the characteristic of samall towns, give some advises on the water supply system.Based on the waterworks sludge disposal and reclamation both here and abrosd, three system can used for sludge disposal and reclamation in small towns: separate disposal systems、unite disposal systems and associated disposal systems, major technologies aspects and requirements of the there systems are studied. Bring forward some ways of waterwoks reclamation in small towns: reclaim coagulator, used for structural material, used in refuse dump, utilize in soil etc, and it is strongly recommended that utilize for soil is a facility and energysaving way for most small towns.
