重庆主城区地震危险性分析

【摘要】 重庆市地处长江上游,人口密集。随着三峡工程建设和西部大开发,如何提高城市防震减灾能力,使防震减灾工作与未来城市建设和规划及国民经济发展相适应,是亟待解决的重要问题。而作为我国最年轻的直辖市重庆是一个值得重视的中强地震活动地区,它具有中强地震活动的特殊构造背景和发震条件,未来发生水库诱发地震的可能性也值得关注。因此,及时对重庆地震危险性进行分析,确定合理的抗震设防标准,对于城市防震减灾、经济建设和社会可持续发展具有重要意义。本文针对重庆主城区地震危险性分析展开研究,主要内容及结论有:①地震环境调查与资料准备收集和整理现有地震地质资料,准备本文研究所需的各类资料和信息平台,调查对重庆主城区有影响的主要地震构造情况及地震活动特征。②影响重庆主城区地震危险性分析的水库诱发地震研究分析重庆武隆江口电站水库和长江三峡水库诱发地震对重庆主城区地震危险性分析造成的影响,总结给出对重庆主城区地震危险性造成最大影响的潜在震源。③潜在震源区的划分及其地震活动性参数的确定分析对重庆主城区有影响的潜在震源分布,对其进行二级划分,进而结合重庆地区地震活动特征,分别给出其地震活动性参数。④地震动衰减关系研究在建立重庆地区地震烈度衰减关系的基础上,参考地震动记录丰富的美国西区的烈度与地震动参数的对应关系,按照烈度-距离(I-R)法换算得到相应的重庆地区地震动衰减关系,可供重庆地区地震安全性评价、地震小区划等参考。⑤地震危险性综合概率计算采用中国地震局地震安全性评价标准软件包进行计算,得到重庆主城区不同设防水准下的设计地震动参数估计值。

【Abstract】 Chongqing lies in the upper stream of Yangtse River with a dense population. Nowadays, with the Three-Gorges-Project construction as well as West Development, it is of urgent need to solve such issues as how to improve urban capabilities of earthquake resistance and disaster reduction in order to adapt these measures to future urban construction and planning together with national economic development. And it is noteworthy that as the youngest municipality, Chongqing is an area that bears special tectonic settings and earthquake conditions for strong and medium earthquake activities. Meanwhile, attention should also be paid to the possibility of earthquakes induced by reservoirs. Therefore, it is of great significance for urban earthquake resistance and disaster reduction, economic construction and social sustainable development to conduct seismic risk analysis in Chongqing and to determine reasonable criterion of earthquake resistant protection.Since this thesis zeros in on seismic risk analysis in downtown areas of Chongqing, the main contents and corresponding conclusions are as follows:①Seismic Environmental Survey and Data Preparation Collect and sort out the current data of earthquake geology, prepare all materials and information flatbase needed in the research, and investigate the main seismotectonic situations and earthquake seismicity characteristics influencing downtown areas of Chongqing.②Research into the Influence of Earthquake Induced by Reservoir on Seismic Risk Analysis in Downtown Areas of Chongqing Analyze the effects of earthquake induced by Jiangkou Power Station Reservoir in Wulong, Chongqing and Three Gorges Reservoir of Yangtse River on seismic risk analysis in downtown areas of Chongqing, and conclude the latent hypocenter which plays the biggest role in seismic risk of the downtown.③Partitioning Latent Hypocentral Zones and Setting Seismicity Parameters Analyze and sub-partition latent hypocentral distributions affecting downtown areas of Chongqing, and respectively present their relevant seismicity parameters based on seismicity characteristics of Chongqing Area.④Research into Attenuation Relation of Earthquake Motion The attenuation relation of earthquake motion in Chongqing can be attained according to Conversion Intensity-Range accompanied by establishing attenuation
