真彩色动感立体模压全息术的研究

【摘要】 本文阐述了合成全息技术的发展历程及我国的合成全息和模压全息技术现状,为了提高我国的合成全息技术,振兴模压全息行业,进行了真彩色动感立体模压全息技术的研究。本文开展了两部分的研究工作:第一,提出一种新的一步合成真彩色动感立体全息图的技术。用三色光栅对彩色景物编码,4f光学系统进行彩色解码,并在光路中加上光栅进一步调制物光束,使用散射参考光,对景物的系列编码片做顺序记录,合成一张真彩色动感立体全息图。实验工作在重庆大学进行;第二,为全息生产企业引进数字合成全息技术。将全息技术与数字技术相结合,采用新型空间光调制器----数字微反射镜器件(DMD),用计算机进行图形输入和处理,并控制一套自动记录系统做全息记录,制成真彩色动感立体模压全息图。相关实验在深圳大学反光材料厂进行。结果表明:两种技术都能实现单色激光记录,白光再现,并且图像色彩真实,立体视觉强烈,有一定的动感效果。均可通过模压技术制成防伪力度高,艺术观赏性强的商标,也可应用于商业广告、产品展示、艺术装潢等领域。技术领先,应用前景广阔。其中,一步合成真彩色动感立体全息技术记录过程十分简单,不需要三分色片,曝光次数大为减少;DMD数字合成全息系统实现了全息生产的自动化,图像输入实时化,解决了对位难题,取材空间更广阔,处理更方便。但前者的手工操作限制了该技术的产业化应用;后者的三狭缝编码合成真彩色原理使过程仍嫌繁琐,有庞大的曝光数目。结合两种技术的DMD一步合成真彩色动感立体全息系统是可行的。如果将计算机与全息显示技术进一步结合,用数字彩色编码技术取代光学彩色编码方法,即可采用DMD数字合成全息系统一步合成真彩色动感立体全息。新的技术更领先,产品质量更好、更稳定,生产效率更高,劳动成本更低,将有更加广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Research on true color embossing holography with multi-stereopair has been carried out for improving composite holography and embossing holography. Experiment works have been done in Chongqing University and Shenzhen University reflective material factory.The work includes tow parts: In the first part, a new one-step true color holography with multi-stereopair is proposed. With this method, 2D encoded photographs are taken first with a tricolor grating camera and then decoded with a 4f optical system where they are synthesized a true color holographic muti-stereogram by means of modulated object beam and scattered reference beam.In the second part, digital synthetic holography is presented. With this technique, computer images can be converted by late-model spatial light modulator (SLM) ---digital micromirror device (DMD) and integrated into true color 3D images by a automated control system. Furthermore, process of fabricating embossing holograms is described.It’s proved that: Both methods can record holograms with one-wavelength laser and produce images of high quality in white light which makes it possible to develop applications to such versatile fields as anti-counterfeiting, advertisement, entertainment, art, etc..However, there are drawbacks lying on these two methods. Although there’s simple process in one-step true color holography with multi-stereopair, the artificial production limits it’s industry application; Meanwhile, DMD digital synthetic hologram system overcome problem of handwork, but it has redundant process of pseudo-color encoding.Combining with two techniques, a one-step true color holograph with multi-stereopair using DMD digital synthetic system is realizable. It’s only needed to replace optical encoding by digital encoding. This new method is more advanced and have wider application field.
