【摘要】 气象信息存储管理和显示分析系统是气象预报业务的核心系统,其主要功能是对大量的气象数据进行存储管理、显示、查询、分析和加工,是气象预报员日常作业中的主要应用软件系统。随着气象预报技术和观测手段的发展,气象信息的数据量和数据种类在快速的增长,同时气象预报产品精细化的发展趋势,都使得如何更好地存储管理和显示分析丰富的气象信息变得日益重要,因而非常有必要进行气象信息存储管理和显示分析的研究。本文首先介绍了我国气象信息存储管理和显示分析系统的发展,并在进行三峡梯调通信中心专业气象台的气象业务预报工作的详细需求分析的基础上,提出了建设气象信息存储管理和显示分析系统时需要关注的技术重点。其次研究了开发气象显示分析系统的三种方式:基于地理信息系统组件、基于专业化分析软件和面向用户独立自主开发三种方法,指出各种方式的优缺点,并结合专业气象台的实际需求选择GIS组件SuperMap Objects进行了开发气象信息显示分析系统的技术研究;同时,针对气象行业的特点,通过对关系数据库系统和具有管理系统的文件存储系统的研究,提出具有三层体系结构的文件库和数据库相结合的气象数据存储管理方案。文章的最后结合以上研究技术在三峡梯调通信中心的气象信息存储管理和显示分析系统的建设中进行了设计和实现;目前该系统的部分模块已经开始试运行,应用反映较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Meteorological information storage management and display analysis system is the hardcore of a Meteorological forecast system. It’s the most usual system in forecast prophet’s common work because it provides the function of store, display, query, analysis and process of the huge meteorological information. According to the progress of meteorological forecast and observe technique, the amount and type of meteorological information grow up quickly. Meteorological information storage management and display analysis technique become more and more important and it’s very necessary to do some study on it.First, this article introduces the development of meteorological information storage management and display analysis system in our country and indicates the technique key point in the system constructing, study and analysis three mayor techniques to develop the system: base on GIS component, base on specialization analysis software and base on independent develop face to user. And then, the article introduces the SuperMap Objects technique in detail and brings forward 3-tie Architecture application method of mix up the file and database. Finally, the article introduces the design and implement of the meteorological information storage management and display analysis system in Three Gorges Dispatching Center。Some part of the system are already turn to now and play good in fact situation.更多还原
