差速双螺杆捏合机螺杆几何构型及其计算机辅助设计

【摘要】 差速双螺杆捏合机是一种新型的捏合输送设备,它集物料的分散、搅拌、捏合、输送等多种功能于一体,能很好解决高粘度物料搅拌、捏合所产生的问题。双螺杆捏合机最核心的部件是一对相互啮合的螺杆,就如同双螺杆捏合机的心脏一样。如何设计这对螺杆的端面齿形,是提高双螺杆捏合机性能的关键。本文从螺杆的端面齿形及成形刀具设计的基本原理出发,围绕螺杆端面齿形的设计展开了一系列的研究工作,其主要内容如下: 1、根据相对运动和齿轮共轭原理,提出了螺杆端面齿形的设计方案,推导了端面齿形曲线的形成过程,得出了端面齿形曲线的参数表达式和啮合方程; 2、计算了不同螺杆头数比下的螺杆端面齿形,研究了头数比对螺杆端面齿形的影响程度; 3、建立了螺杆螺旋齿面的数学模型,推导了齿面啮合方程和接触线方程,在此基础上计算了螺杆的几个主要几何特征参数,并分析和总结了不同螺杆参数对这些几何特征参数的影响程度,得出了它们之间的变化曲线; 4、计算了加工螺杆所需的盘形成形铣刀和指形成形铣刀的刃形,并根据螺杆齿面间的必需的捏合间隙对铣刀刃形进行了修正,并用修正后的刃形计算了螺杆的实际端面齿形,然后比较了螺杆理论端面齿形和实际端面齿形之间的间隙,从理论上验证了等距齿面法修正刀具刃形的正确性。根据铣刀刃形的修正结果,设计并制作出了加工螺杆用的盘形成形铣刀; 5、运用三维建模软件Pro/Engineer建立了螺杆和成形铣刀的三维模型,为了验证了螺杆和刀具设计的正确性,对螺杆的啮合过程和铣刀切削螺杆螺旋面的过程进行了模拟和干涉校验; 6、分析了两个主要的加工参数对螺杆端面齿形的影响程度; 7、为了设计和计算的方便,编制了全参数驱动的螺杆端面齿形、几何特征参数和刀具刃形的计算机程序,为优化螺杆参数作了准备。

【Abstract】 Differential twin screw kneader is a new kind of kneading and delivery equipment with discreteness, mixing, kneading and delivery functions together and it can well deal with problems appearing in mixing and kneading high viscosity materials. The key parts of twin screw kneader are a couple of intermeshing screws, just like the heart of the screw kneader. How to design this couple of screws is the key way to enhance the performance of the machine. Surrounding how to design the end section curves of screws, basing on the principle of screw and milling cutter design, a series of investigation have been done in this paper. Main content and conclusion of the paper are listed below:(1) Basing on theories of relative motion and gear conjugate, derivation of screw end section curves formation has been finished, and parameter expressions and engagement equations were obtained from the derivation;(2) Different kind of end section curves have been computed with different ratio of screw teeth, and influence to screw end section curves was analyzed because of different teeth ratios.(3) Mathematic models of helical surface have been built, at the same time, equations of line of engagement and contact have also been deduced. With these models and equations, some main geometric characters were calculated and analyzed. By the way, variation curves were drawn after analyzing the influence of different screw parameters to these geometric characters.(4) Blades of disc milling cutter and figure milling cutter have been computed. And the blades were corrected according to clearance between the helical surfaces of screws. After this, practical end section curves were calculated with the corrected blades.At the same time, comparison of screw theoretical and practical end section curves was executed in order to verify the method using to correct the cutter blades.(5) Three dimensional models have been built for simulation by using the famous CAD software, Pro/Engineer, produced by America PTC Company. Intermeshing simulation of the couple of screws and interfere check when cutter machining the workpiece have been run. Simulation results illuminated the designs of screws and cutters were correct.(6) Influence of two mechaning parameters was analyzed.
