供应链模式下汽车零部件企业精益生产规划与实施研究

【摘要】 当前,对中国汽车零部件企业来说,身处上游原材料供应商和下游主机厂商之间,身受原材料涨价的成本和主机厂压缩采购成本的双重压力之下,企业效益普遍堪忧。如何在供应链的情况下导入精益生产方式,降低成本,提高企业核心竞争力,已成为国内汽车零部件行业急需解决的课题。精益生产只是一种理念或称之为方法论,没有统一的运行模式。本文将在吸收国内外相关研究思路和研究成果的基础上,对供应链模式下汽车零部件企业精益生产推进的模式进行研究。本文首先对汽车零部件企业供应链现状、精益生产理论的现状、精益生产理论应用研究现状及精益生产方式推进模式研究现状进行了综述,针对我国汽车零部件企业组织结构、物流管理、生产管理现状,提出了供应链模式下汽车零部件企业精益生产总体模式规划。在总体模式的框架下,再造了供应链模式汽车零部件企业组织结构,提出了汽车零部件企业物流管理模式,规划了其生产体系改善的项目。在物流管理模式中详细介绍了物流中心运作模式,对物流信息系统进行了功能分析,描述了物流中心模式的运作方式,研究了物流中心模式的运行优势。通过物流中心模式的运作,实施以物流为重点的精益生产方式。最后,将所做的精益生产推进规划应用到了具体企业。以长安凌云汽车零部件有限公司精益生产方式规划与实施为应用实例,针对长安凌云汽车零部件有限公司组织结构现状、生产管理现状及问题分析,进行了组织再造、职责规划、业务流程设计,并进行了部分生产体系改善规划和MRPII/ERP需求分析。部分研究成果已应用于该公司精益生产的推进过程中,取得了良好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 Currently, for Automotive Components Enterprises, between the raw materials suppliers and assembly manufacturers, with the pressure of the markup of the raw materials and reducing stock cost by assembly manufacturers, the benefits of these enterprises generally should be taken into account. How to implement the lean production under the instance of supply chain, how to reduce the cost, how to improve the core compete force of the enterprises, have become the problem need to be solved by internal Automotive Components Industry. Lean Production is just an idea or method theory, and the function model is not uniform. Based on assimilating the idea and fruits of related research domestic and abroad, this paper has studied on Lean Production Implementation Model of Automotive Components Enterprises under Supply Chain Model.The paper has summarized the status of supply chain, Lean Production theory, and its apply research, and its implementation model. Based on the status of organization, Logistic Management and manufacturing management of Automotive Components Enterprises under Supply Chain Model, the total programming model of Automotive Components Enterprises under Supply Chain Model has been brought out.The paper detailedly recommends the function model of Logistic Centre. And analyses the function of logistic MIS, describes the act mode of Logistic Centre Model, study on the act advantages of Logistic Centre Model. Implement the lean production model which emphases on Logistics by act of Logistic Centre Model.Finally, the model has been used to the Chang An LINGYUN Company. Based on the status of organization frame, production management and problem analyses, the author has done organization reforging, responsibility programming, and busyness process designing, improvement programming of production system and the demand analysis. The advancing process of Lean Production research in the company has acquired well application effects.
