深裂竹根七根化学成分的研究

【摘要】 深裂竹根七(Disporopsis pernyi),属于百合科(Liliaceae)竹根七属(Disporopsis)植物。其根具有养阴润肺、生津止渴、祛风除湿、清热解毒之功效。多用于虚汗多咳、产后虚弱、月经不调等症,有的也用于风湿骨痛、感冒扁桃体炎、眼结膜炎等。为了了解深裂竹根七根的化学成分,我们进行了如下研究: 深裂竹根七根样品用95%、75%的乙醇于常温下分别浸提,浸提液减压浓缩。浓缩液依次用石油醚(60-90℃)、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,分别得其相应的部分。对各萃取部分所进行的预试验结果表明:乙酸乙酯部分含有较多的甾体,内酯等化合物:正丁醇部分含有较多的皂苷类化合物。 对上述所得的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部分通过经典的硅胶柱层析、薄层层析等方法,我们分离得到了多个物质,并鉴定了其中的3个物质,分别是:β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol)、△~2-(25R)-螺甾-3β-醇、(25R)-5β-螺甾-3β-醇。这三种物质均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Disporopsis pernyi, one of Chinese herbal medicine ,belongs to Disporopsis of Liliaceae .Although it can be used as the Chinese medicine with high biological effect, the studies on its chemical components are hardly reported.Through our research, several active compounds were isolated from the root of Disporopsis pernyi through methods of silica gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral analysis (such as GC-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR) and by comparison of spectral data of known compounds and standard They are Δ2-(25R)-spiral steroid-3β-mellow,(25R)-5β-spiral steroid-3β-mellow and β-daucosterol. All these substances were first isolated from the root of Disporopsis pernyi.According to literature data, these compounds have strong active biological effect which are not the major medicinal effect possessed by Disporopsis pernyi. So we think there would be many other active compounds that exist in Disporopsis pernyi. Therefore, we think it is necessary to study its chemical compounds further.
