ZY3600/14/32型掩护式液压支架受力分析与改进方案的研究

【摘要】 针对ZY3600/14/32型液压支架在盘江矿区土城首次使用出现的问题,结合盘江矿区地质情况,对支架结构、受力情况和支架底板比压进行了分析,找出支架在设计中存在的严重扎底、推移不到位和支架低头等问题的原因。在此基础上,提出了相应的结构改进和参数调整的解决方案。验算和分析表明:改进方案的实现可以有效地解决支架扎底和推移问题,从而使该型支架能重新在生产中获得有效的应用;同时,通过对该支架使用情况的分析,也可为盘江矿区液压支架的使用提供一定的选型建议。因此,选题结合盘江生产实际,具有较大的现实意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 Use the question appearing for the first time in the mining area soil city of a Panjiang to the support of hydraulic pressure of Model ZY3600/14/32, combine records of Panjiang mining area geological situation, situation pigeonhole to analyse compared with support baseplate strength to support, find out support is it pitch bottom , pass uncompletely with support person who bow reason of the problem seriously to have in design. On this basis , have put forward the solution of corresponding structure improving and parameter adjustment, checking computations and is it indicate , improve realization of scheme can solve support pitch bottom and pass the problem effectively to analyse, thus enable this type support to find valid application in producing again, meanwhile, can offer certain selecting type for use of the support of hydraulic pressure of mining area of a river to propose through an analysis of this support of operating position . So, combine a river and produce reality, the research of this subject has greater realistic meaning and practical value.
