船舶电站柴油发电机组网络式监控技术研究

【摘要】 船舶电站自动化是机舱自动化的重要组成部分,电站自动化最主要的目的在于保证船舶供电的连续性、可靠性和供电品质。近年来,随着计算机、控制、通信以及网络等技术的发展,自动化监控系统的结构发生了根本变化,逐步形成以网络集成自动化系统为基础的管理信息系统。现场总线技术在这一形势下发展起来并在船舶电站自动化监控系统中得到了广泛应用,本文即是采用以现场总线技术为基础的NetLinx三层网络体系结构,设计了船舶电站自动化监控系统。 研究了应用ControlLogix控制系统的船舶电站柴油发电机组网络式监控技术,在充分分析自动化电站控制技术的基础上,进行了监控系统的硬件设计,完成了设备网、控制网和以太网的设备选型,并对监控系统的网络构建及调试进行了详细的分析。 结合船舶电站的控制特点,进行了柴油发电机组控制技术的程序设计。它是整个自动化电站监控系统设计的重要内容,关系到控制器能否正确实现其控制功能以及电站能否安全供电。 采用组态软件RSView32进行了上位机监控软件的设计,根据自动化电站的控制功能和操作习惯设计了监控系统人机界面。所设计的人机界面友好,直观形象,能够使操作员充分掌握整个电站监控系统的运行状态,从而根据电站具体的现场情况作出相应的控制动作。 最后,通过模拟实验对本文设计的船舶电站网络式监控系统进行了验证。实验完成了柴油发电机组的并车控制,采集到的实时仿真曲线说明本文设计的监控程序能够正确实现柴油发电机组的网络控制。

【Abstract】 Automation of marine power station plays an important part in the automation of engine room, whose main purpose is to keep the continuity, reliability and quality of power supply. In recent years, with the development of computer, control, communication and network, the structure of automation system changes greatly, and the management information system based on the network integrating automation system has been formed gradually, under this situation, the fieldbus technology has been developed and widely used in the marine power station automation system. This paper has designed a monitoring system of marine power station automation by three layer network system of NetLinx based on fieldbus technology.Applying ControlLogix control system, this paper has studied the network monitoring technology of marine power station diesel generator set, has designed the hardware of monitoring system on the basis of analyzing the control technology of automation power station completely, has finished the equipment selection of DeviceNet, ControlNet and EtherNet, and has detailedly analyzed the network constructing and debugging of the monitoring system.Combining with the control character, the program of diesel generator set control technology has been programmed. It is an important content of the monitoring system design for the whole automation power station, and it will concern whether the controller can realize its control function or the power station can supply electricity safely.Using the configuration software RSView32, this paper has designed the monitoring software of PC, and the human machine interface has also been designed combined with the control function and operation habit of automation power station.
