稀土永磁无刷直流电动机设计与分析

【摘要】 稀土永磁无刷直流电动机采用高磁能积的稀土永磁材料,同时采用电子换向技术去掉了电刷,使得它具有结构简单、运行可靠、体积小、质量轻、损耗小、效率高、运行特性优良等特点,从而广泛应用于航空航天、精密仪器、工业控制等许多对电机运行性能要求较高的场合。因此,对稀土永磁无刷直流电机的研究具有重要的意义。本文对稀土永磁无刷直流电动机设计方法和分析方法进行了研究: 永磁电机设计计算中传统的一般采用比较简单的磁路法,用磁钢工作图计算静态及动态的工作点,这显然不能满足精确性的要求。本文采用了场路结合的方法,首先利用磁路法对电机进行初步设计,然后建立有限元分析模型对电机的参数和性能进行精确分析,采用这样的方法不但可以满足精确性要求,同时可以缩短设计周期。 本文把有限元方法引入到了对电机性能影响较大的重要系数(如空载漏磁系数、电枢计算长度、计算极弧系数和气隙系数等)及性能参数反电动势、电磁转矩、电感的计算中。以电机内磁场有限元分析为基础的设计结果体现了较高的精确度;同时,由于在大功率、高转速的永磁无刷直流电动机中,电流受漏感的影响从而改变了电机的性能,因此漏感的作用不容忽视。本文推导了稀土永磁无刷直流电动机漏电感计算的有限元方法,引入了电机等效电阻系数,并针对电磁转矩脉动和齿槽转矩脉动的产生的原因,给出了多种有效的抑制方法,使电机设计更为合理。最后介绍了电机测试平台的搭建和具体的测试方法,以验证用户关心的电机性能参数在电机设计中的正确性。

【Abstract】 Rare-earth PM brushless DC motor has no brush and no ring, its rotating speed is high and its structure is simple with smaller volume. It has non-excitation wastage and excellent performance, and can be used in aviation, spaceflight, exactitude instrument, industry controller and so on. So study of rare-earth PM brushless DC motor has great meaning.Traditional method of rare-earth PM brushless DC motor design is magnetic circuit, and static state operation point and dynamic operation point were gained by alnico operation curve .But the precise result cannot be gained .So the finite element method (FEM) is applied to analyze the magnetic fields of the motor. And then some important parameters of the motor are calculated accurately, including flux leakage coefficient, computed pole embrace, and computed armature length and so on .This paper presented a new way of rare-earth PM brushless DC motor design, which combine magnetic circuit method with finite element method for getting virtues of the two methods.This paper has introduced the motor’s structure, theory and the principium design at first, and then presented that how the new way is used in the rare-earth PM brushless DC motor design in detail, including finite element method of parameters, electromotive force, electro- magnetism torque and so on, which are important for motor’s performance.Because the leakage inductance shouldn’t be ignored in high-speed motors, the finite element method of leakage inductance of rare-earth PM brushless DC motor are deduced in the fourth sector, and equivalent resistant is presented here, which makes the design more appropriate. Reason and the minimize way of torque ripple were presented also. This paper introduces foundation and method of the test for proving validity of parameters at last.
