【摘要】 刀具的优选及配置、高效的专业化管理是现代企业产品制造过程中的重要环节,不但能够提高产品制造中刀具的准备速度,而且能够降低产品制造成本和刀具管理成本。针对该问题,本文展开深入研究并取得了如下成果:首先,研究了刀具快速选择决策支持的理论、方法和实现技术,提出了虚拟刀具、物理刀具的概念,将刀具选择过程分为虚拟刀具的确定和物理刀具的匹配,实现了刀具的自动选择,并能够在刀具选择过程中充分考虑刀具库刀具信息;其次,进行了刀具自动拼装分析模块的设计,给出了单库自动拼刀和多库协同拼刀的算法流程和协同过程;第三,对刀具自动选择的结果进行局部和整体评价,从刀具使用部门和刀具管理部门两个方面确定了六个主要评价指标,并对各个指标的计算进行了详细分析,最后给出了评价方案;第四,研究了刀具专业化管理中的关键技术,详细阐述了刀具动态参数管理、出入库优化、虚货位管理及货位优化配置等技术;最后,设计和开发了基于企业级刀具库(自动化立体仓库)的刀具配置及管理系统,并在郑州纺织机械股份有限公司成功使用一年多,取得了很好的实际效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimized selection, preparation and effective management of cutting tools, are essential to the modern manufactur manufacturing enterprises. They can not only accelerate the preparing speed of cutting tools, but also reduce the cost in manufacture and tools management. This paper researches on this subject in detail, and the main research works and achievements are shown as follow:Firstly, the Decision Support theory, method and implement technology of the cutting tool selecting are researched. The conception of virtual cutting tool, actual cutting tool are brought forward. The tool selecting process is divides into to phrases: the confirmation of virtual cutting tool and the matching of actual cutting tool. The automatic selecting of cutting tool is realized, and the cutting tool and warehouse information are fully considered in this selection;Secondly, the tools automatic assembling model is designed. The arithmetic flow and cooperation process of tool automatic assembly in single warehouse or between several warehouses are proposed;Thirdly, the result of tools automatically selecting are evaluated in part and globally. Six evaluation targets is put forward and analyzed in details from two aspects: tool using and tool management;Fourthly, the key technologies of the tool specialization management are researched. The technology of the tools dynamic parameters management, the optimization of tools’in and out of warehouse, the management of virtual goods locations and the optimization of goods locations assignment of automated warehouse are elaborated;Finally, The cutting tool preparing and management system is designed and developed based on automated high-rise warehouse, which has been used more then one year by ZhengZhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.
