新型液压定型硫化机的研究与仿真

【摘要】 目前轮胎定型硫化机主要有机械式定型硫化机和液压式定型硫化机两种形式。与机械式定型硫化机相比,液压定型硫化机具有更多的优势,是硫化机发展的方向。而我国目前液压硫化机的发展还处于起步阶段,因此积极开发和研制液压硫化机是十分必要的。本设计提出的新型液压轮胎定型硫化机就是在这一背景进行研制的。 本课题为山东省科技攻关项目,随着机台的试制成功将逐步推广应用,必将取得良好的经济和社会效益。 本课题通过对现有的定型硫化机优缺点进行分析比较,设计了一种新型液压定型硫化机。本课题所做的主要工作如下: 1、总体设计方案的确定。吸收现有硫化机的优点并进行创新,提出结构更为合理的新型液压硫化机。包括机台的主要技术特征、组成、工艺流程等,并对主要部件进行设计。 2、对锁模机构与开合模机构进行重点研究。利用挑担式结构完成模具的开合模动作,而利用移动油缸进行锁模。 3、成功运用了CAD技术。采用参数化设计软件UG对机台主要部件进行三维建模和装配。 4、成功运用了CAE技术。利用有限单元法对硫化机主要结构件的受力情况进行有限元分析,结合UG的结构分析模块,精确计算出硫化机结构件变形情况和应力情况,在结果中通过后处理模块进一步优化硫化机结构。 5、对机台成功的进行了运动仿真。利用UG的运动分析模块对机台的主要动作进行运动分析,检查干涉情况并进行优化处理。同时完成了对机台的运动仿真。 6、总结了本机台的特点和优点。

【Abstract】 At present, tyre shaping and curing press has two types: mechanical tyre shaping and curing press and hydraulic tyre shaping and curing press. With compares of mechanical tyre shaping and curing press, hydraulic tyre shaping and curing press is more superior, and it will replace the traditional mechanical shaping and curing press in future. Currently the development of hydraulic shaping and curing press is still in the start stage in civil, so it is necessary to develop and research hydraulic shaping and curing press. This new hydraulic tyre shaping and curing press is manufactured according to the requirment.This topic belongs to the item for science and technology of Shandong province. With the success of machine it will be expanded and applyed gradually, and it will obtain good economic and social benefit necessarily.According to the analysis and comparison of tyre-curing machine existing, a new type of hydraulic curing press was designed in the paper. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1. Determining the whole project of the new hydraulic tyre shaping and curing press, the project includes technique characteristics, components and craft process of the machine.2. The mold open-closed device and pressing device were studid emphatically. The shoulder pole type was used to open and close the mold and a slide cylinder was used to press the mold when the tyre was cured.3. The CAD technology was applied successfully. The parametic software—UG was used to mold and assembly the main part of this machine.4. The CAE technology was applied successfully too. The mainly parts of this
