喷墨CTP版用UV墨水的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 本论文设计合成了两种具有C=C不饱和基团、且黏度低的预聚物,即聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物(PUA)和树枝状丙烯酸酯预聚物(DA),分别以该两种预聚物及其复配物作为喷墨CTP版用UV喷墨墨水的组成物,研究了其光固化性能。主要工作如下: 1、以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)和聚乙二醇400(PEG400)为原料,合成了低黏度的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物(PUA)。详细研究了加料方式、反应物配比、催化剂、反应温度等因素对PUA黏度的影响。 2、以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和乙二胺(EDA)为原料,采用发散法合成了一种树枝状丙烯酸酯预聚物(DA),研究了反应物配比、反应温度、溶剂的使用量、反应时间等因素对预聚物合成的影响。 3、用上述合成的两种预聚物分别与其它预聚物复配作为喷墨墨水的主体成分,研究了预聚物的用量和配比,稀释单体的种类和用量,引发剂以及活性胺助剂的用量等因素对光固化速度的影响。 研究结果表明: 1、合成低黏度的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)的条件为:反应物TDI、PEG400与HEMA的物质的量比应为5:1:8;反应分两步进行:第一步以HEMA作为被滴加物,将TDI在1h内滴入,控制反应温度为40℃,反

【Abstract】 In this thesis, two kinds of oligomers with low viscosity, polyurethane acrylate (PUA) and dendrimer acrylate (DA), were designed and synthesized. The UV curable property of these two oligomers each or composite as the main materials in UV curable inkjet ink was studied in detail. The contents were included below:1. The PUA with low viscosity was synthesized based upon toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI), methylacrylate-β-hydroxyethyl (HEMA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG400). The effect of addition manners of reactants, reactant ratio, catalyst types, and reaction temperature, etc on the viscosity of PUA was studied in detail.2. The dendrimer acrylate (DA) oligomer was synthesized based upon the michael addition reaction of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and ethylenediamine (EDA). The effect of reactant ratio, reaction temperature, solvent volume, reaction time on the synthesis of DA was studied in detail.3. The above synthesized two oligomers each and composite were used as the main materials in ink jet.
