南水北调东线区域水环境的水质模拟及泵站运行调度方案的研究

【摘要】 南水北调东线工程是南水北调工程的重要组成部分,它对缓解沿线地区水资源短缺,改善受水区生态环境,促进该地区经济和社会的持续稳定发展具有巨大作用。而调水水质的好坏直接影响到水资源的使用价值和沿线地区经济和社会的发展,决定着调水工程的实际效益,同时也将对输水沿线水环境产生重要影响。淮阴二站位于江苏省淮安市西南部,是国家南水北调东线工程的第三级抽水枢纽的组成部分。淮阴二站因紧邻水污染较为严重的淮安城区,泵站抽水水源受到了一定程度的污染。一旦淮阴二站启动抽水,随着大量污废水的进入,将引起上游水体的水质恶化,对南水北调东线的水质产生影响。淮阴二站区域水环境的水质模拟预测及其运行调度方案的研究势在必行。本文研究的主要内容:1分析并整理了国内外调水实例,以及河流水质数学模型的历史、现状和发展趋势。2以淮阴二站为背景,进行了污染源调查,并结合相关河流监测的结果,分析了区域水环境主要存在的水质问题及其主要污染物。3在区域水质模型的选择方面做了系统研究。根据淮阴二站区域水环境的水文、污染特点的分析,建立适合本区域的水质模型。4运用已建立的区域水环境水质模型进行水质预测。5根据预测结果,在确保调水水质的基础上确定泵站运行调度方案。6通过对淮阴二站区域水环境的研究,提出确保南水北调东线调水水质的主要对策和措施。

【Abstract】 East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is the important part of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, it is important for solving the water resources shortage along the line of South-to-North Water Transfer Project ,and improving the economy and society of diverting area to develop continuously and steadily. However, the quality of transferring water bears directly on the service value of water resources and improvement of the society along the line. And it not only determines the actual profits of water transfer project but also brings important influence to aquatic environment along the line of water transfer.Located in the southwest of the city of Huai’an of Jiangsu province ,Huaiyin No.2 pumping station is the constituent parts of the third pumped junction of East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in china. Because of Huaiyin No.2 pumping station adjacent to the city of Huai’an where water was polluted seriously, the water source of the pump was polluted in some degree. Once the pump was running, with a lot of polluted water coming in, it would cause upper deteriorated water quality and influence the water quality of East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. It’s urgent to study on water quality prediction of the regional aquatic environment and the Pump Running Plan of Huaiyin No.2 pumping station. This paper discussed these contents:1 study on the water transfer instances at home and abroad and the history、present status and trend of water quality model of rivers.2 based on Huaiyin No.2 pumping station, with the survey of pollution sources and the result of water quality monitoring of some rivers, analyze the major water quality problem and pollutant of regional aquatic environment.
