苏霍姆林斯基心理教育思想研究

【摘要】 瓦.阿.苏霍姆林斯基(В.А.Сухомлиский,1918—1970)是前苏联著名的教育实践家和教育理论家。他以其卓越的教育实践和先进的教育思想,赢得了崇高的信誉,被认为是“教育界超群绝伦的人”,“教育思想的泰斗”。苏霍姆林斯基的教育活动被认为是一项长达三十年的“教育实验”;其著作被认为是“学校生活的百科全书”;其教育思想被认为是“活的教育学”。自从他1970年去世以来,各国学者从不同角度对他的教育著作进行了翻译、评论,但对他的心理教育思想进行全面、系统地研究,本文是第一次,也是一次尝试。本文旨在从心理教育的角度来看他的教育思想,更多地揭示他教育思想中以心育人的精神。苏霍姆林斯基的心理教育思想内容非常丰富,本文挖掘、整理和论述了其中的重要部分,包括学习心理指导、智力训练、情感教育、自我意识教育、意志的培养、人际关系指导和性心理指导七个部分。苏霍姆林斯基的这些心理教育思想具有鲜明的特点,主要表现在:一、不仅强调全面培养学生的心理素质,构建完整的心理教育体系,而且特别突出思维训练、情感教育以及爱情教育三方面的内容。二、不仅有专门的心理教育课程,而且注意通过大自然、课外阅读、劳动等多种渠道拓宽心理教育的实施途径。三、不仅关注学生的心理教育,而且特别关注教师和家长心理素质的培养。虽然苏霍姆林斯基的心理教育思想形成于几十年前,但对我们今天的学校心理健康教育工作仍具有重要启示意义。

【Abstract】 В.А.Сухомлиский(1918—1970) is an great education theoretician and education action man of Former Soviet Union . Because of his remarkable education practice and outstanding education thought, he won the high reputation .He is considered“the extraordinary man in educational circles”,“the leading authority of education thought”. His education activity is deemed a three decade’s“education experiment”. His writings are hold of“the encyclopedia of school live”. His education thought is considered“live pedagogy”. Since he died in 1970, many scholars translated and commented on his education writings from the pedagogy’s angle. This article firstly tries to study his psychological education thought systematically, for the purpose of announcing the spirit of nurturing students by the heart. The content ofВ.А.Сухомлиский’s psychological education thought is extremely rich. The article elaborates seven important parts, including the study psychology instruction, the intelligence training, the emotion education, the self-awareness education, the will raise, the interpersonal relationship instruction and the natural psychology instruct .These psychological educations thought have the bright characterizations, mainly displaying in: First, not only emphasized comprehensively raises student’s psychological quality, constructs the psychological education system completely, specially emphasized the thought training, the emotion education as well as love educate three aspects. Second, not only has the special psychological education curriculum, but also has many other kinds of ways to open up the implementation of psychological education, including the nature, the outside reading, the work and so on. Third, not only pays attention to student’s psychological education, moreover pays attention to the teacher and the guardian psychological quality specially. AlthoughВ.А.Сухомлиский’s psychological education thought forms in several dozens of years ago, but it still has important inspire function to our today’s psychologically healthy education work.
