拍门停泵动态特性研究及辅助分析系统的开发

【摘要】 在泵站工程中,由于机组停泵特别是动力突然中断造成的事故停泵,会使水体逆流,水泵倒转,严重的会使水泵遭到破坏,造成事故,影响系统的正常运行。因此,对水泵截流闭锁装置的研究,成为泵站工程中一项重要课题。拍门类似于铰链逆止阀,是最为常见的截流闭锁装置,因拍门简单、可靠,与快速闸门、虹吸真空破坏截流闭锁方式相比,可以缩短出水管道(流道)长度,节省投资,并利于泵系统起动。因此,本研究对于泵站工程的设计、改造及运行均有一定的指导意义,特别是在举世瞩目的南水北调泵站工程实施之际,其有着更为重要的实际意义。本文在总结前人研究拍门近似计算方法的基础上,通过数理解析和准则方程,推导了拍门开启角度的计算公式;从系统动态特性的角度出发,分析其在停泵过程中的运动规律,定性定量地阐述了拍门下落过程中多变量之间的相互影响;并运用能量法分析了拍门的停泵撞击过程,提出了拍门缓冲装置的计算方法;同时以Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0为平台开发了泵站拍门开启角度和停泵动态过程计算机辅助分析系统,本文详细说明了该系统所采用的面向对象的编程方法、系统构成、程序设计技术、系统各组成模块的开发过程及原理;该系统可通过良好的人机对话机制辅以生动形象的多媒体可视化信息技术以及图文等资料指导用户完成系统操作,并且充分利用VB提供的Automation技术,实现了多种软件的跨平台集成,缩短了系统与用户间的距离。最后本文结合具体的现场试验和算例对所提出的数学模型、计算公式和分析程序的正确性进行了验证,运行结果表明理论成果和实测数据十分吻合,且操作简便,界面友好,运行速度快,可读性强,易于维护管理和扩充,此系统使拍门开启角度和停泵下落过程更为清晰。

【Abstract】 In the study on pumping station, pump stopping caused by normal reason or motive force will make water counter-current and result in pump reversing. When being serious, pump will be destroyed that could influence system running. Therefore, the study on dam locking becomes an important subject. And pumping station was considered as the important component of hydraulic-engineering, its status is being known and paid more attention. Flap valve used in pumping station is a kind of hydraulic-operated automatic gate, which is similar to a hinged cheek. Because of their simple structure and reliability, being able to shorten the length of outlet passage and facilitate the starting of pumping system in comparison with siphonic vaeuum-distroied cutoff scheme. So it is favorable to save investment for building and transforming the pump station project, meanwhile, it has obvious advantages in operating and using.In this paper, flap valve’s open angle was analysed on the basis of summarizing forefathers’ study on mathematical analysis of the eharacthedstics and criterion equation. By the way of dynamic systems, sport law in pump stopping was analysed. Influence between variables in the course of flap valve failing was quantitatively studied. Energy law was used to anslyse pump stopping and compute buffer device. At the same time, visual systematic procedure for the open angle and pump stopping dynamic process in flap valve was developed on the platform of microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This text has explained in details on programming method that the system adopts, the system forming and the development course and principle of the module. Complemented. with vivid multimedia information through the good human-computer dialogue mechanism, the system instructs users how to fiuish system operation with the vivid picture and text materials. Various softwares are integrated as well by the ’Automation’ technic provided by VB that shortened the distance among the system and user.This paper finally combined spot experiments and calculate example to verify exactness of the module and formula as well as procedure. Circulate results showed that the theories fit with measured data very well and the procedure has many advantages such as circulating quickly, good readability and easy to maintenance. By this way, the course of pump stopping and falling is clearer and quantitative analysis is more accurate.
