基于线性分类器的烟草叶片结构分析算法研究

【摘要】 烟草等级分类是烟草生产的一个重要环节,对烟草的种植业和制造业具有很大的影响。而烟草等级自动分类,减少了人为的参与,提高烟草等级分类的速度和分类的准确率,将进一步促进烟草产业的发展。烟草等级分类有很多标准,烟叶叶片结构是其中的标准之一。本论文中提出了基于叶片结构的烟草等级分类方法并给出了相应的算法。主要的工作如下:论文首先介绍了目前烟草等级分类的标准,目前国内外烟草叶片结构分析的研究现状和主要的分析的手段,强调了烟草叶片结构自动分析的必要性。其次,对用CCD摄像头从烟草生产线上采集到的烟叶图片进行分类算法研究,目的是利用专家分类好的三个等级共45张烟草图像作为训练样本,来训练、设计叶片等级分类的分类器。研究工作主要包括以下几个方面:依据采集到的烟草图像进行图像预处理算法研究,对处理后的烟草图像研究图像分割算法,对分割好的烟叶图像计算烟叶叶片的块数和面积,然后进行特征选择算法研究,然后利用这些特征训练、设计线性分类器。论文的最后,利用已知等级但未作为样本训练的烟草图片,检验算法的准确率和可靠性,检验表明该算法可行,准确性高达95%。

【Abstract】 Tobacco classifying, which has great impact on tobacco planting and tobacco making, is an important step in tobacco product line. Owing to reducing man’s joining, automatic classifying of grading, increasing the speed and accuracy of the tobacco grading classifying, will improve the development of tobacco industry. There are many standards in tobacco grade classifying,and tobacco leaf structure is a important standard. In this paper some arithmetics are presented to classify tobacco based on the standard of tobacco leaf structure. The research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, current standards of tobacco grade and state of research and means of tobacco leaf structure analysis are put forward. Then, we think it is very important to research on arithmetic of structure analysis of tobacco leaf.Secondly, the arithmetics of tobacco classifying, which are based on tobacco leaf structure, is expatiated. In this paper tree grades tobacco leaves maps which are collected from tobacco product line by CCD are used as training swatches, each grade having fifteen tobacco maps. The main arithmetics include tobacco map pretreatment, tobacco map segmentation, getting the number of tobacco leaves and area of every tobacco leaf, feature choosing, swatches training and designing classifier.Lastly, in this paper, tobacco leaves which are marked but not used as swatches are used to test our arithmatic. The experimental results show that our method for classifying tobacco has been successful achieving an accuracy of 95%.
