【摘要】 目的:观察灵芪胶囊对H₂₂荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用,分析其诱导肿瘤相关细胞因子分泌的影响,进一步完善其抗肿瘤作用机制。方法:实验用昆明种小鼠接种H₂₂瘤株,经口灌胃灵芪胶囊11天后,取瘤体称重,计算抑瘤率,并计算免疫器官指数;采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测H₂₂荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6含量。结果:灵芪胶囊高、中、低剂量对H₂₂荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为15.07%、36.89%、31.49%,在明显抑制肿瘤生长的同时不降低体重,在一定剂量下对荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官指数无明显影响,明显优于化疗药物,病人可长期服用,有利于荷瘤机体的治疗。灵芪胶囊各剂量组能够明显增加荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α、IL-1含量,降低IL-6异常增高,调节荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,达到治疗肿瘤的目的。结论:灵芪胶囊对H₂₂荷瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用,提高生命质量,其机制可能是通过改善荷瘤小鼠异常的免疫状态,调节免疫系统的失衡以及抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。从而为其在临床上治疗肿瘤提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To discuss the anti-tumor effect of Ling-qi capsule on mice bearing H₂₂ and they have an important influence on secreting cytokine.Further explore the mechanism of action. Methods: The model of H₂₂ tumor-bearing mice was produced and treated with high, mid and low dosage Lingqi capsule and Compound Cyclohosphamide Tablets. After giving drugs for 11 days, the inhibiting rate of tumor, thymus index, spleen index and the content of TNF-a> IL-1、 IL-6 in its peripheral blood with ELISA were determined. Results: The inhibitory rate is 15.07%、 36.89% and 31.49%. Lingqi capsule obviously inhibits tumor without losing weight and influencing immune organs. Compared with the model group, the content of TNF-α IL-1 is significantly increased and IL-6 is reduced in peripheral blood. Conclusions: Lingqi capsule can obviously inhibit tumor of H-（22）, enhance the life quality of mice bearing tumor. The mechanism may be:improving abnormal state of immune of the tumor mice, regulating imbalance of immune function and inhibiting the growth of tumor cells .The paper provide experimental data for theory of treating tumor in clinic.更多还原
