【摘要】 目的 在中医药学理论的指导下,运用现代药理实验手段,着重从中医补肾和排便的关系中探讨济川煎补肾通便,寓通于补的相关机制及便秘与肾虚、衰老关系,从而为济川煎治疗肾虚精亏便秘相关机制作客观化阐述。 方法 采用小肠炭末推进实验观察济川煎对老龄鼠胃肠蠕动的影响;采用放射免疫分析法检测大鼠小肠组织胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)和生长抑素(SS)的水平。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)测定为黄嘌呤氧化酶法;丙二醛(MDA)测定为硫代巴比妥酸法;单胺氧化酶(MAO)测定为环己烷提取法。 结果 济川煎能够提高老龄鼠的胃肠蠕动功能,与老龄对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);济川煎能显著提高老龄鼠小肠组织MTL、SP的含量,降低SS的水平(P<0.05)。济川煎可显著增强老龄鼠肝SOD活性,降低MDA、MAO含量;增加脑组织中SOD活性,降低MDA含量,对MAO有降低的趋势。 结论 济川煎能增强老龄鼠的胃肠蠕动功能,其机制与促进肠道MTL、SP的释放,降低肠道SS水平有关;流行病学调查研究认为衰老是引起便秘的原因之一,济川煎具有一定的抗衰老作用。 济川煎通过补肾促排便及补肾抗衰老等方面协同作用,多靶点治疗肾虚精亏之便秘。体现了中医治疗疾病的整体观念思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECT To investigate the effect of Ji Chuan Jian on gastrointestinal peristalsis of senile rats and study relevant mechanism. To investigate the effect of Ji Chuan Jian on senile index SOD ,MDA and MAO in mouse’s liver and brain.METHODS The effect of Ji Chuan Jian on gastrointestinal peristalsis of senile rats was observed by small intestine charcoal powder propelling test. The levels of motilin, subtanee P and somatostain in small intestine of rats were determinated by radioimmunoassay. Using xantnin oxindase determin SOD;Using thiobarbituric acid determin MDA;Using cyclohexane extraction determin MAO.RESULTS Different dosage of Ji Chuan Jian can improve gastrointestinal peristalasis of senile rats and inerease the levels of motilin, subtance P, with reduce the content of somatostatin in small intestine of senile rats significantly. Ji Chuan Jian can significantly strengthen SOD activity and reduce content of MDA MAO in liver of senile mouse;Ji Chuan Jian can strengthen SOD activity and reduce content of MDA in brain of senile mouse.CONCLUSIONS Ji Chuan Jian can enhance the function of gastrointestinal peristalsis of senile rats by a mechanism of promoting excretion of motilin, subtanee P and lowering the level of somatostatin in intestine. Ji Chuan Jian seem had the effect of resisting decrepitude.更多还原
