【摘要】 民族精神是民族文化的精华，是民族自豪感、自尊心和自信心的集中体现，是一个民族的灵魂，是一个民族不断繁衍、发展壮大的强大精神动力。中国历代领导人都十分重视弘扬和培育民族精神并逐渐深入。特别是以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体站在历史和世纪的高度，面对新形势下的民族精神所面临的新情况、新问题，在创造性的继承和发展了毛泽东民族精神思想、邓小平民族精神思想的基础上，对新时期弘扬和培育民族精神工作的地位作用、内容方法等问题，提出一系列带有根本性、全局性的新思想。21世纪，我们要实现继续推进现代化建设、完成祖国统一、维护世界和平和促进共同发展的历史任务，在全面建设小康社会的道路上实现中华民族的伟大复兴，必须弘扬和培育我们的中华民族精神，激发民族自豪感，提高民族自尊心，增强民族自信心，使全国各族人民始终保持奋发有为、昂扬向上的精神状态。弘扬和培育中华民族精神具有极端的重要性，它直接关系到我们党和国家的前途命运，关系到我国社会主义事业的兴衰成败。本文深刻剖析了弘扬和培育民族精神是马克思主义先进文化的要求、中华民族精神的科学内涵、发展和具体内容，着重阐述了第三代领导集体的民族精神思想的形成背景、形成过程、科学体系、特色和现实意义，最后建设性的提出了贯彻和落实第三代领导集体的民族精神思想的经验与途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the essence of national culture ,national spirit is the embodiment of national pride , national self-esteem and national self-confidence .It is also the soul of the nation and the powerful spiritual motivation which pull the nation mightiness. Successive Chinese leaders attach great importance to promoting and fostering the national spirit, and make it deepening gradually .Especially the third generation of collective leadership of CCP with the core of Jiang Zemin , who established in history and the new situation facing the national spirit, proposed a series of fundamental and comprehensive of new ideas on the roles and ways of promoting and fostering the national spirit based on the inheritance and development of the national spirit of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping .The article make depth analysis that promoting and nurturing the spirit of the nation is the demand of Marxism advanced culture .Then outlined the concept, development, and content of it Focused on the background, the formation process, the scientific system, the basic content and relevance meaning of the national spirit which proposed by the third-generation collective leadership. Finally propose the experience and methods to carry out the thought of national spirit which proposed by the third-generation collective leadership constructively.更多还原
