【摘要】 本文在秸秆人造板技术及其工艺的基础上,阐述了开发应用秸秆瓦的前景及意义。依据秸秆板工艺和建筑应用要求,完成了秸秆瓦的规格形状设计,并进行了模具设计及制作,制定了秸秆瓦制做的技术路线。按照瓦的性能指标对秸秆瓦各种性能指标进行试验研究。根据建筑施工规范要求对秸秆瓦的安装要求作了分析说明,对秸秆瓦的成本进行了分析。针对瓦的功能,分析了瓦的发展趋势,通过研究一般建筑对瓦的要求以及秸秆板的自身特性,设计出了一种秸秆瓦主瓦和脊瓦的形状和规格,根据秸秆瓦的形状和规格,结合秸秆人造板技术及生产工艺的要求,设计制造了秸秆瓦模具。基于秸秆瓦制做原理来源于秸秆人造板技术,依托秸秆人造板的生产工艺和秸秆瓦的形状,制定秸秆瓦的制作技术路线并制作了秸秆瓦样瓦。逐一解决了制作过程中相关技术问题。根据国家标准及行业标准中对瓦的相关要求,确定了秸秆瓦的性能试验项目。通过试验,得到了秸秆瓦的各项性能数据。通过这些数据,对秸秆瓦作为建筑用瓦的适用性进行了分析。按照瓦屋面的建筑施工规范要求,并结合秸秆瓦自身的特性,分析说明了秸秆瓦的安装要求。根据秸秆瓦试制过程中各种材料的消耗,测算了秸秆瓦的试制成本。并与现行瓦的价格进行了对比分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of straw fiberboard technology and its manufacturing process, this paper expatiates on straw-tile’s foreground and significance. Followed straw fiberboard’s manufacturing process and the applied requirements of building, it was designed that straw-tile’s specification and mould. And the mould was produced. And the straw-tile’s technology course was worked out. Under the other tiles’properties standards, the examinations of straw-tile’s properties were done. On the basis of building construction standards this paper analyses and explains the requirements of straw-tile’s installation. This paper analyses straw-tile’s cost.Directing at tile’s functions, analyzing developmental trend, studying on the common building requirements on tile and the properties of fiberboard, this paper designs main tile and ridge tile’s specification. On the basis of straw-tile’s specification and the requirements of straw fiberboard technology, this paper designs and produces mould.Base on the principle of straw-tile’s come from straw fiberboard technology, straw fiberboard technology and straw-tile’s shape, this paper works out straw-tile’s technology course and produces straw-tile. This paper solves the problems in the straw-tile’s manufacturing process.On the basis of national standards and industrial standards about tile, the straw-tile performance’s examinations were confirmed. Through the examination, the straw-tile performance’s data was gained. Through these data, this paper analyses the applicability that straw-tile is used as building tile.According to the code for acceptance of construction quality of tile roof and straw-tile’s specification, this paper analyses and explains the requirements of straw-tile’s installation.
