中小汽车制造企业物流信息系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 随着国外大型汽车制造集团纷纷到我国来开辟汽车生产制造基地,并不断蚕食国内汽车销售市场份额,国内汽车制造业受到了巨大冲击,中小汽车制造企业更是在夹缝中生存。 本文首先以K客车制造有限公司为对象,通过对其深入调查,并结合这一行业的基本特点总结了物流管理中存在的问题,提出了企业物流信息系统的建设目标。接着,在理论上详细分析了推式物流系统和拉式物流系统的各自特点和不足,提出采用推/拉相结合的方式来进行物流业务的管理,提高企业物流系统的经济性和适应性的理论思路。 在这种集成管理模式的思想指导下,本论文对企业的物流信息系统进行了设计,主要是整个系统的总体设计和采购、库存两个子系统的设计。在总体设计中,对总体信息流程、系统功能结构进行了分析和设计,选用了合理的软件结构体系、系统开发工具等,并对选择原因进行了分析。 在采购管理子系统中对准时采购模式进行了分析和应用,并用TOPSIS供应商选择模型作为本系统选择优秀供应商的模型,对采购系统的业务流程、数据模型、功能结构进行了设计。 在库存管理子系统中,对库存管理模型进行了分析,应用ABC分析法对库存物料进行分类,并采用了不同的库存管理模式进行分类管理,同时,设计库存管理系统的概念模型和子系统功能及界面。 文章最后总结了本论文所设计的物流信息系统的特点,指出中小汽车制造企业是按订单、中小批量生产的离散型制造企业的典型代表,适用中小汽车制造企业的物流信息系统,同时也适用于有相似特点的其他行业。

【Abstract】 Along with the foreign large automobile manufacturing group arriving our country in succession to develop the automobile production manufacturing base, and encroaching upon the local automobile sale market quota continuously, the local automobile manufacturing industry was subjected to the huge impact. The small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprise is also in the edge of existing.This paper taking the K automobile manufacturing enterprise as the object first, through a penetrating inquiry into its current situation, combined with the basic characteristics of the small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprise, tallied up the main problems existing in its logistics management, and put forward the construction target of the enterprise logistics information system. Then, theoretically analysed the push type logistics system and the pull type logistics system in detail, pointed out each mode’s characteristics and shortage, and brought forward an idea of combining the push type logistics system and the pull type logistics system together. The paper think that adpoting the combining mode will improve the adaptability of the enterprise logistics system.Under the push/pull combining mode’s guide, the enterprise logistics information system was designed in this paper. This design includes three part: the general system’s design, the purchase management sub-system’s design and the stock management sub-system’s design. In the general system’s design, the paper analysed and designed the framework of the enterprise’s information process and the system’s function structure, pointed out what kind software and hardware should be chosen to run the system and why should choose this kind software and hardware.In the purchase management sub-system’s design, the paper first analysed the just-in-time purchase mode, and pointed out how to apply this mode in enterprise. Then, the paper chose the TOPSIS supplier choice model as the enterprise’s supplier choice model, designed the purchase business process, data model and the function structure of the purchase system.In stock management sub-system’s design, first analysed several kind of stock management models. Then applied the ABC analysis method to carry on the classification of the stock material, and adopted the different stock management mode to control the different stock material. Finally, designed the concept model of the stock management system, the sub-system functions and their interfaces.In the end of this article, we tallied up the characteristics of the logistics information system that was designed in this paper, pointed out that the small and
