【摘要】 随着计算机技术的广泛应用和现代化信息社会与房地产业的飞速发展,人们对住宅的功能性、舒适性、安全性的要求越来越高,住宅小区智能化应运而生。智能小区是指配备有智能化系统的居住区,达到建筑结构与智能化系统完美结合,并能通过高效的管理与优质的服务,为住户提供一个安全、舒适与便利的居住环境。我们带着这个问题,以探索的精神,在大同市城区内,决定规划设计一个三星级的智能小区,即本文提出的“金色水岸”小区。我们主要针对“金色水岸”小区的安全防范系统、信息管理系统、信息网络系统、家庭智能化系统,进行规划集成设计,使其达到三星级水平的超前型的小区智能化系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the widespread use of computer technology, the rapid development of real estate and information society, as well as people’s stronger desire of more functional, more comfortable, and safer residence, intelligent residential districts come into being. Intelligent residential districts are equipped with intelligent systems, which combine with structure perfectly, and could provide tenants with safe, comfortable and convenient living environment through efficient management and excellent service.According to this idea we decide to design a three-star intelligent residential district named“Golden Brink”in Datong. Our design focuses on the integrated plans of“Golden Brink”residential district, including safety and prevention system, information management system, information network system, and family intelligent system, so to meet the standard of three-star advanced intelligent system.更多还原
