【摘要】 目的 总结近十余年来关于中西医临床治疗直肠癌的的各种方法，为临床治疗提供参考，为进一步研究提出指导性意见、奠定基础。 方法 通过查阅近十余年中、西医国内外文献，总结和评价现代医学及中医药临床治疗直肠癌的各种治疗方法，寻求今后直肠癌治疗及研究的发展主要方向。 成果 研究基本包括了目前治疗直肠癌的所有有效方法，为临床医生对直肠癌治疗方式的选择作出参考，为中西医临床研究工作者对直肠癌临床研究提出具有指导意义的意见及某些方案。 结论 近10余年来现代医学和中医学对直肠癌治疗的认识有较大的进步，各种治疗手段增多并有创新，5年生存率有所上升，患者生存质量较前提高，局部复发率有所下降，预防全身转移有一定疗效，术后并发症及化疗副反应处理效果较前理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summary the TCM and modern medicine in treating rectal cancer within last decade. Offer the referrences for clinical treatments and propose some guidances and establishing basis for further investigation.Methods:To researching Chinese and foreign literature published within last decade about the clinical treatments of rectal cancer. Working out the summary and evaluation basing on studying the literature.Result:The search basically intends all the kinds of the clinical effectial methods in the treatments of rectal cancer recently. The search can help the clinical Doctors to make their choice of the treaments for special patient, also can help the TCM or modern medicine researchers to make a better choice to carry on the further more investigaiton.Conclution:The TCM and modern medicne have made a great advancement at treatments of the rectal cancer last decade. The ways of treament increases and there are some innovation in old method. The percent rate of 5 - years survival increases; the quanlity of life has a great promotion than before. The rate of local recurrence reduces step by step. The clinical effect on prevention of metastasis turns out to be better. The treatment of postoperative complication and chemotherapy adverse reaction have been improved.更多还原
