严寒地区高碾压混凝土重力坝温控与防裂研究

【摘要】 本文主要通过大型有限元软件ANSYS来进行仿真分析模拟新疆某拟建高碾压混凝土坝的非溢流坝段的施工过程,包括施工过程温度场分析和施工过程温度应力分析,分析中同时考虑水泥水化热、碾压混凝土弹性模量、碾压混凝土徐变和气温变化等主要因素,并且在模拟中完全按照施工中分层浇筑的实际,在计算中原样模拟,计算中的时间安排与施工方案也完全一致。通过研究施工过程中的坝体不稳定温度场和不稳定温度徐变应力场,进一步探讨寒冷地区高碾压混凝土坝在通仓浇筑、连续上升时的温度场和应力场的特点和分布规律,为温控措施提供理论和数据参考。同时还在模拟分析中,探索一种良好的施工仿真方法,为工程技术人员能在施工中随时了解结构的温度变化和应力变化创造条件。

【Abstract】 This text carry on artificial analysis simulation some Xinjiang plan to build high RCC gravity dam construction course of piece concrete dam through software ANSYS of large-scale finite element mainly in here, including analysis and course temperature stress analysis of construction of course temperature field of construction, consider cement heat of hydration , roll concrete modulus of elasticity , roll concrete creep with temperature person who change main factor at the same time analyze, and totally according to the reality built hierarchically while constructing in simulation , are calculating a kind of simulation of Central Plains, it is totally identical too that the time while calculating is arranged with the construction scheme。Creep in conformity with the force field through unstable temperature field of dam body and unstable temperature of studying in the construction course, probe into cold area high to roll concrete dam in coherent storehouse build, temperature field sympathetic characteristics and distribution laws of force field rise serially, offer theory and data for temperature-controlled measure to consult. At the same time still in simulation is analyzed, explore a good artificial method of construction, can understand at any time in constructing temperature change and stress change of the structure create the condition for engineers and technicians.
