基于DSP的电法勘探的分布式数据采集系统

【摘要】 本课题以电法勘探、数字信号处理以及现场总线等技术为主要研究对象,从仪器电路、数据采集、数据处理及数据传输整个系统过程进行了较为全面的研究。提出了智能电极思想,智能电极具有改变电极工作状态、信号调理、信号保持、采样、存储、通讯等功能,一个智能电极包括8个普通电极,每个智能电极作为智能节点模块都有CAN总线接口电路,通过CAN总线与网络主机相连。网络主机具有系统工作方式选择、数据通讯、存储、处理等功能。 智能电极采用DSP芯片作为主控制器,由信号调理电路、A/D转换电路、电极工作方式设定电路、外部存储器扩展电路等组成,通过对DSP技术的阐述,对系统的设计要点和工作原理作出详细分析,给出了硬件设计原理图,并对系统软件的设计思想以及主程序、中断程序和其它功能程序进行了介绍。 CAN总线在智能电极与远程主机之间形成总线式网络拓扑结构,实现信息交换。介绍了现场总线技术和CAN总线通信原理,核心器件CAN总线控制器完成通信协议所要求的物理层和数据链路层的所有功能,同时也对构成通信网络的其他配置芯片在接口电路和控制逻辑等方面加以阐述,并且设计了适用本系统的CAN总线的应用层协议,实现了底层模块的接口和EPP_CAN接口。 作为一种全新电法勘探设备,基于DSP的电法勘探的分布式数据采集系统改进了传统高密度电法仪的数据采集方式,具有并行网络电法勘探功能,实现了并行、海量、高效数据采集的目的,达到了拟震法的电法阵列勘探效果,系统具有可靠性高、速率快、结构简单、可远距离传输的特点,满足了现代电法勘探的需要。

【Abstract】 Electrical prospecting, digital signal processing and field bus technology are major studying objects of this project. The entire course of instrument circuit, data collecting, digital processing and transmission has been carried out relatively. On the basis of analysis of studying the galvanic resistivity method, intelligent electrode idea has been suggested which has the functions of working state changing, sampling, storing and communicating. At the same time intelligent electrode has 8 electrodes. As an intelligent node, every intelligent electrode has CAN bus interface circuit linking to network host, and the host has lots of functions such as working selection of system and data communication, stocking, disposing and so on.Intelligent electrode is controlled by DSP chip and consisted of signal-modulated circuit, A/D conversion circuit, electrode operation mode setting circuit, external memory expanded circuit and so on. By introduction of digital signal processing, the key design and operation principle of the system is analyzed particularly and hardware circuit design is given in detail. Then the ideas of software designing, the main program, interrupt service routine and other function programs are introduced systematically.Communication system has the bus network-topological structure. The field bus technology and CAN bus communication principle are illustrated, and the principle of CAN controller is instructed. And the controller has the function of physical layer and data link layer. Also the composition of communication node is expounded on the aspect of interface circuit and control logic. It designs the applying layer protocol based on the system and realized the interface between CAN bus and bottom layer module, and enhanced parallel port.As a new electrical prospecting apparatus its data acquisition function is inproved compare with conventional high density electrical apparatus. It has the function of interleaving network electrical prospecting collection, and the characteristic of simulating seismic waves prospecting such as interleaving, great capacity and high efficiency has been reached. The system is simple, high reliable, and long distance transmitted which maintains the need of modern electrical prospecting. Figure [44] Table [7] Reference [51]
