吉林省高校俱乐部式体育教学现状与发展趋势的研究

【摘要】 当今世界科技突飞猛进,综合国力竞争日益激烈,而综合国力的竞争是人才的竞争,而大学是学校教育的最后阶段,而体育作为教育的重要组成部分,在培养人才方面起着不可或缺的作用。因此,高校如何应对21世纪对人才素质的要求,促进学生身心健康发展,培养学生参加体育锻炼的兴趣和终身体育意识,是非常值得研究的问题。长期以来,高校体育教学无论在增强学生体质方面还是在学生终身体育锻炼的意识培养方面做的都不是很到位。因此,强化学生的体育参与意识,达到建立终身体育馆是当前高校体育教学改革研究的热点问题。俱乐部式体育教学正是在这种情况下应运而生的。但是目前有关俱乐部式体育教学的研究主要集中在概念的界定、优越性和可行性、发展存在的问题等方面。这些研究对俱乐部式体育教学的发展都有一定的借鉴意义,但总体上大都缺乏系统性和连贯性。基于以上原因,本文对我省俱乐部式体育教学的情况进行调查分析,并尝试提出其发展趋势。本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,得出如下结论:1、目前我省普通高校的俱乐部式体育教学的发展还处在初级阶段而且发展不平衡,开展俱乐部式体育教学的学校主要是一些综合类大学,还没有普及。而且各学校的师资力量和场地等条件还存在不足之处,这表明俱乐部式体育教学还有很大的发展空间。2、有关俱乐部式体育教学的概念的研究还没有统一的定论,而且其他相关研究都缺乏系统性和连贯性,不能从整体上把握俱乐部式体育教学的发展规律。这表明俱乐部式体育教学的理论研究相对滞后,自身的理论体系不完善,无法更好地指导实践教学。3、部分高校的项目设置与学生的选项不能很好的吻合。所以各学校的教学管理部门应对项目设置进行调整,并对学生的选项情况进行引导。4、目前,从事俱乐部式体育教学的教师大部分是从过去的“应试教育”体系下培养出来的,其创新精神和意识较差。其知识结构已经落后于高素质人才培养的总体要求。5、中青年教师在俱乐部教师队伍中所占的比例较大,教授、副教授职称的平均年龄过高,尤其是教授已经趋于老龄化,各职称的平均年龄差别过大。再者,教师队伍的专项比例不够合理,部分休闲、娱乐项目的专职教师比例太小,这表明俱乐部式体育教学的师资队伍有待优化。6、有59.96%的男同学和50.79%的女同学对现有的场地、器材不满意,这表明除少数学校外,大部分开展俱乐部式体育教学的普通高校场地、器材建设相对落后,不能满足俱乐部式体育教学的发展,学校应该加大在这方面的投入。7、俱乐部式体育教学不能完全摆脱传统教学模式的禁锢,在教学指导思想、教学内容、教学方法、考核评价等方面需要进一步探索。

【Abstract】 Now the world science and technology progresses by leaps and bounds, the comprehensive national strength competition is day by day intense, but the comprehensive national strength competition fundamentally said is talented person’s competition, but the university is the school edition final stage, but the sports took the education the important constituent, in fosters the talent aspect the indispensable function. Therefore, how the universities should to the 21st century to the talented person quality request, promote the student healthy in mind and body development, trains the student to participate in the physical training the interest and lifelong physical culture consciousness, is question which extremely is worth studyingSince long ago, the universities sports teaching regardless of is strengthening the student physique aspect or to do in the student lifelong physical culture exercise consciousness raise aspect all is not arrives very much. Therefore, strengthens student’s sports the sense of participation, achieved the establishment lifelong stadium is the current universities sports educational reform research hot topic. The club type sports teaching is precisely arises at the historic moment in this kind of situation. But the present related club type sports teaching research mainly concentrates in concept limits, superior and feasible, development existence aspect and so on question. These research all has the certain model significance to the club type sports teaching development, but in the overall mostly lacks the systematic characteristic and the continuity. Based on the above reason, this article carries on the diagnosis to our province club type sports teaching situation, and the attempt proposes its development tendencyThis article through the questionnaire survey law, the literature material law, the expert talking law and the mathematical statistic law, draws the following conclusion:1 present our province ordinary university’s club type sports teaching development also occupies the initial stage moreover to develop not balanced, develops the club type sports teaching the school mainly is some synthesis class universities, but also has not popularized. Moreover is restricted in various condition and so on schools teachers strength and location also has very many deficiency, this indicated the club type sports teaching also has the very big development space.2. The related club type sports teaching concept research does not have the unification the conclusion, moreover other correlations study all lack the systematic characteristic and the continuity, cannot grasp the club type sports teaching from the whole the law of development. This indicated the club type sports teaching the fundamental research relative lag, own theory system is imperfect, is unable to instruct the practice teaching well.
