【摘要】 搅拌是一项重要的加快物料之间相互融合、反应、分离的技术。机械搅拌是一种在工业生产中使用时间最早、使用范围最广的传统搅拌方式,但其耗能较高,存在设备腐蚀和磨损,尤其在化工生产中,设备的腐蚀和磨损严重,故障率高,维护费用高,无法长周期正常运行。 脉冲气动搅拌调合装置是一种新型的搅拌调合技术。与传统的机械搅拌和液体循环搅拌相比,具有生产效率高,能耗低,无机械磨损和腐蚀,设备故障率低等多项优点。 目前,国内引进的润滑油气流搅拌调合装置,由于设备价格高,操作界面为英文显示,同时存在由于集气盘结构的限制,采用小循环,对于泥浆和含固体微粒的液体搅拌中存在固定死角,罐底固体沉积物不易清除的缺点,从而限制了气流搅拌技术在更广范围内的应用。 本文在调查和研究国内外同类产品的基础上,设计出产品技术性能及辅助管理功能达到或超过同类进口产品,且设备价格低,操作简单,普通操作人员易于学习掌握的新型气动搅拌调合装置。 本装置的突出特点是,工业控制计算机+组态软件,中文操作界面,高效喷射盘,搅拌调合效率高,根据不同生产需要,可以开发出单罐、多罐、16具罐、32具罐、64具罐系列产品。 本装置在兰州润滑油厂进行了实际应用并取得了较好的效果,其安装简单快捷,设备投资少,提高了产品合格率和生产效率,缩短了调合时间,降低了能源消耗的实际应用效果表明,本装置适宜于在企业中广泛推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stirring is a kind of important technology to accelerate interfusion, reaction, separating between material. Mechanic-stirring is a traditional stirring mode , being used in most early and most widely in industry manufacture process, but it’s costing energy is high, there are mechanical abrasion and eroding especially in chemical engineering process, abrasion and eroding of equipments are severe, rate of malfunction is high , fee of maintenance is high, equipments can notrun normally in a long time.The pulse pneumatic stir-concoction equipment is a kind of new pattern stir-concoction technology. Compare with traditional technology , such as mechanical stir and liquid-cycle stir, it has the merits of high-efficiency、 low-energy、 no-mechanical abrasion and eroding、 low-rate of equipment malfunction etc.Now, air flow stir-mixing equipments that import abroad in our country, price of equipment is high , operating panel use English language, because of the restriction for structure of gather-gas tray , it use small circulation .It has the shortcoming of having fixation death angle for mud and liquid having solid grain , weeding out solid sediment on bottom of pots is not easy. The shortcomings limit the using scope ofair flow stirring technology more widely.On the base of investigating and researching the same type product in our country and abroad, the thesis design the new type of stir-concoction equipment that technical capability and auxiliary management-function reach or exceed the level of import product ,and the price is low ,operation is simple, common operator can learn and grasp easily.The equipment’s prominent character is: industry control computer plus configuration software , Chinese operating interface, high-efficiency ejecting- tray, high -efficiency stir-concoction . According to different need in producing process , series products ,for example ,single pot\multiple pots\16 pots\32pots\64pots,can be produced.The equipment has been used in Lanzhou Lubricating Oil Plant and the effect in using is better. Installation is simple and quick, invest fee of equipment is small, rate of eligible production and product efficiency are high , mixing time is shortened, energy-cost is reduced, the practical effect indicate that the equipment is adapt to use in enterprise widely.更多还原
