关于石油钻采设备制造行业的产业组织分析

【摘要】 石油钻采专用设备是石化通用机械业的重要组成部分,对石油化工行业的发展起着举足轻重的作用,担负着为石油工业提供成套技术装备的重任,是石油、化学和石油化学工业发展的基础。我国石油钻采设备制造业从无到有,从小到大,特别是改革开放20多年以来,已建立起一个比较完整的石油设备制造体系;基本形成各种石油设备产品,特别是常规产品,多厂家竞争供货的石油设备市场。并且,早已有部分石油设备产品进入国际市场。随着石油行业的迅速发展,特别是我国加入WTO之后,国际石油钻采专用设备制造企业也陆续进入中国石油钻采设备制造行业,不断的抢占国内市场,给国内的生产企业带来了极大的挑战和竞争压力。本文在参考了大量相关文献资料的基础上,尝试运用产业经济学的有关理论对我国的石油钻采专用设备制造业进行初步的分析,力求通过分析现行行业存在的问题,找到适合我国石油钻采专用设备制造业发展的途径。本文的具体结构如下:在绪论部分,介绍了本文的选题背景和写作目的、文献综述、研究方法、拟解问题和写作思路。第二部分,介绍了石油钻采设备制造产业的行业介定及发展历史。第三部分,分析了石油钻采设备制造产业的市场结构,主要分析了我国石油钻采设备制造产业的行业集中度、规模经济、产品差别化和行业进入壁垒。第四部分,分析了石油钻采设备制造产业的市场行为,主要分析了价格行为、企业的合作,合资和重组,以及不正当竞争行为。第五部分,分析了石油钻采设备制造产业的市场绩效,比较了我国企业的业绩,还比较了国内外的产品结构和技术水平。第六部分,分析了石油产业的市场,介绍了石油开采业的特色和重要性。第七部分,阐述了石油钻采设备制造业发展对我国国民经济的意义,以及国际石油钻采设备制造业产业组织对我国的启发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Petroleum drilling equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of petroleum and chemistry general machinery industry, which plays a crucial role in the development of petroleum and chemistry general machinery industry, and provides the set technique equipment for the petroleum and chemistry industry. Petroleum drilling equipment is the base to develop petroleum, chemistry and oil chemistry industry.Chinese petroleum drilling equipment manufacturing industry has set up a relevantly complete petroleum equipment manufacturing system, especially during those 20 years after reformation. Now the market is full of all kinds of petroleum equipment products, and most of them are regular products. And, some of the petroleum equipment product has entered into international market. With the fast development of petroleum industry, especially after joining WTO, international petroleum drilling equipment manufacturing companies come into Chinese petroleum drilling equipment industry gradually, which occupy some domestic market, and bring the domestic manufacturing company great challenge and competition pressure.Base on the reference on many relevant books and info, I try to have the primary analysis on Chinese petroleum drilling equipment manufacturing industry with the relevant theories of industrial economics, and strive hard to find out the suitable development path for our petroleum drilling equipment manufacturing industry by analyzing the existing problems.The detailed structure is as follows: in the introduction part, introduces the choose background, thesis purpose, summary of reference, study method, problems to be solved and the philosophy of writing.
