软土地铁三管并行盾构隧道近接施工离心模型试验研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着城市地下铁道等地下工程建设的发展,出现了大量地下工程近接施工问题。受到地下既有结构物或地质条件的限制,以及地下空间综合开发利用的需要,隧道间或隧道与其它结构物之间的距离变得越来越小,新建隧道近距离同期施工的问题也越来越多。这势必造成相邻隧道间的错综复杂的关系,从而对隧道的施工产生不利影响。 在地下工程近接施工中,后修建结构物的施工会改变先修建结构物的受力状态,从而对其产生种种不利影响,如结构承载力下降、甚至破坏,变形过大侵入限界等。同时后修建结构物的受力模式也不同于修建单一洞室的状况,其初始应力场往往是经过多次扰动的,其施工将再次进行扰动,使其受力往往是非对称的,表现出极大的变异性。造成先修建结构物的安全性和后修建结构物的复杂性问题。因此,研究其复杂的受力机理,优化隧道近距离同期施工的施工顺序已成为当务之急。 本文结合建设部项目“软土地铁三管盾构隧道近接施工控制技术研究”,以上海轨道交通9号线R413标段三管并行盾构隧道为原型,共进行了2组离心模型试验研究:其中一组不设置地层加固,另一组设置地层加固。试验中测定了不同施工进程下盾构隧道的围岩压力、衬砌内力和地表位移。通过对试验数据的分析,得出不同情况下三管并行盾构隧道近接施工时的围岩压力、衬砌内力和地表位移的分布规律。论文详细阐述了离心模型试验的原理、试验设计与模型的制作、量测系统的设计与测试元件的安装及试验结果;提出了软土地铁三管并行盾构隧道近接施工的一些防护控制措施,对于同类的工程具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of underground engineering such as subway, many approaching construction of underground engineering has appeared. Limit by the existing construction or geological conditions and the requirement of the comprehensive exploitation of underground engineering, the distance of between tunnels or tunnel and other construction becomes shorter and shorter. The new tunnels constructed in short distance at the same phase appear more and more. That must make the relation between tunnels complicated and do all kinds of bad influence to tunnel construction.In course of the approaching construction of underground engineering, the construction of later building structure will change the mechanics case of early building structure and brings all kinds of bad influence to the early building one, such as load bearing capacity of structure decreasing, structure breaking, or too much deformation of structure and structure intrude into clearance. At the same time, the mechanics mode of later building structure is not the same as that of single cave excavated. Its initial stress field is disturbed time and time again, and once more by excavating of later. So the mechanics mode of the later is not symmetrical generally and shows right smart variability. This brings the safety problem of early building structure and the complexity problem of later building structure. So it is necessary to study on the complexity stress mechanics and optimize the construction subsequence.This thesis is base on the project of "Control technique research on three-tube parallel shield tunnel of subway approaching constructed in Mollisol", a project from Construction Ministry. Two groups of centrifugal model tests have been done with one group with stratum reinforced and another not. The prototype is three-tube parallel shield tunnel of R413 bid segment of the 9th route of Shanghai track traffic. The country rock pressure, endogen force of lining and displacement of ground surface have been determined during different construction progress. The regularities of distribution of country rock pressure, endogen force of lining and displacement of ground surface when the three-tube parallel shield tunnelapproaching constructed under different case are gained by test data analysis. The theory of centrifugal modeling is expounded particularly as well as the design and model-making, the measure system and the result of the experiments. Conservatory measures of three-tube parallel shield tunnel of subway approaching constructed in Mollisol have been brought forward, which have some reference value to the same kind of engineering.
