空气处理机组的仿真与应用研究

【摘要】 空调系统的设计,通常是按照最大负荷执行的。但系统在实际运行过程中,负荷率大多处于25%~75%,系统的调节、节能意义重大。空气处理机组是空调系统的重要组成部分,对空调系统的调节、控制也主要集中在对空气处理机组的调节与控制。当系统处于部分负荷下,机组各组成段的运行工况都要发生改变。但如何进行调节,调节量有多大,这需要通过仿真才能进行准确、快速解决。 本文首先建立了空气处理机组各组成段的数学模型,并在此基础上,采用Visual Basic和Fortran混合编程,编制了空气处理机组仿真软件。在用实验对其进行验证后,利用该软件,对空气处理机组各种常见的工况进行特性研究。

【Abstract】 Central air-conditioning system is designed to satisfy the maximum load of building, but in most of time, it works under part-load condition. To insure the stability and reliability of its operation and to satisfy the demand of indoor comfort and environment of occupants, the control system is also designed for central air-conditioning system. It is of importance to control and to optimize the operation of AHU, which need a simulation to give precise date and order. In this paper, the mathematical models of every part of AHU are established in detail and based on which, a simulation software is programmed with Visual Basic and Fortran language. Based on plot theory, modulation characteristics of deferent air-conditioning systems are analyzed.At the same time, stability in the system is demanded and the faults detection and diagnosis system has received greater attention. In this paper, we propose a fault diagnosis system for AHU using an artificial neural network (ANN).
