基于TMS320VC5416的20M虚拟示波器的研究

【摘要】 虚拟示波器是随着计算机技术、现代测量技术发展起来的一种新型智能测试仪器,它不但能实现一般模拟或数字示波器的全部功能,而且能充分利用现有的计算机资源,实现如数据存储、数据分析等在普通示波器上很难实现的特殊功能。对于虚拟示波器的理论研究与样机的开发,可以在很大程度上弥补传统示波器的不足。 本论文采用PC-DAQ方式,设计了一台采样率为40M的虚拟示波器实验样机,它采用TI公司高速模数转换器(ADC)TLC5540实现模数信号的转换,同时用TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320VC5416实现逻辑控制与数据存储,用串口器件TL16C752实现DSP与计算机的数据传送,用图形式编程G语言LabVIEW作为软件开发平台。该虚拟示波器具有如下优点:硬件成本相对较低,用户可自定义其功能;通过升级PC软件和DSP软件便可完成示波器功能的升级与扩充;具有良好的可靠性、移植性和维护性。

【Abstract】 The virtual oscilloscope is a newly emerged intelligent instrument along with the development of computer technology and measurement technology. In addition to all the common functions of a traditional oscilloscope, it makes full use of computer’s resources and makes such functions as data storage and analyses possible, which were very difficult to realize on a traditional one. Therefore it is of much practical importance to carry out theoretical and experimental research on virtual oscilloscopes.The dissertation developed a virtual oscilloscope in way of PC-DAQ method, in which TLC5540 from Texas Instruments Corporation was used for analogy to digital conversion, TMS320VC5416 was used for logic control and Data storing, UART interface device TL16C752 was used for data transfer from data acquisition board to PC, and LabVIEW was utilized as software platform. The virtual oscilloscope offered such advantages as relatively low cost, function redefinitionable by the user, updating and expending by PC software and DSP software, good reliability, transplantation and easy maintenance.
