【摘要】 “校本课程开发”实质上是一个以学校为基地,以教师和学生为参与主体,有课程专家、家长、社区人士等共同参与,对课程(包括国家、地方课程)进行选择、改编(有条件的学校也可以进行全新的开发)的过程,目标是促使学生个性潜能优势的充分发挥,促进学生的个性全面和谐地发展。仅由设计与发展层次来思考,校本课程开发着重学校层次的决策特质;若由技术层面来思考,校本课程开发可容纳各种人性观、知识观与教育观;从文化角度来理解,校本课程开发代表了校外文化、校内文化以及学校功能的转变。本文在梳理有关研究成果的基础上,旨在对校本课程开发的内涵、特点、原则、策略以及实施程序进行一些探索性的回答。本文以实践研究为主,紧密结合基层学校校本课程开发工作实际,共分五个部分。引言及第一部分说明了本研究课题的背景。第二部分在厘定相关概念的基础上,就校本课程开发的涵义进行了深入的分析。第三部分阐述了校本课程开发的基本特点和条件保障。第四部分对校本课程开发的原则和基本策略进行了说明。第五部分结合笔者所在学校校本课程开发的实践,对校本课程开发的实施程序进行了探讨。结语部分对校本课程开发的发展趋势进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Actually "School-based Curriculum Developing (SBCD)" is a school-based process to choose and edit or rewrite school courses. Teachers and students are mainly involved. The participants also include the course experts, parents and the community. The aim of the program is to improve students’ potential abilities and develop their various personalities. This article is to answer the questions about the specific properties, principles, contents, strategy and its practising process of the SBCD based on the related research results. It is mainly to study the results of survey and practising and is divided into five parts.Introduction and Part One: The background of the research program.Part Two: Analysed the real meaning of SBCD based on the related concepts.Part Three: Stated the basic specific and conditions of SBCD.Part Four: Specified the principles and basic strategy of SBCD.Part Five: Explored the practising process of SBCD with the practising experience in the writer’ s school.The Ending: Displayed the future of the SBCD development.
