【摘要】 聚集经济原理是城市和区域经济理论中的经典思想,聚集经济效应是城市化过程中的基础效应。进一步研究我国现阶段城市化与聚集经济效应的作用关系,选择适合我国国情和各区域特点的产业聚集方向与模式,促进产业集群的形成与发展,发展城市和区域经济,提升国家竞争力,是我国现阶段城市经济学领域研究的新课题。 本文从概念的基本界定出发,参照聚集经济的一般理论,总结分析了国内外关于产业聚集与城市化的研究成果。然后利用所搜集的有关资料和数据,较详细地分析了我国建国后城市化发展的阶段性特征及发展现状,并与世界城市化发展进行国际比较,明确了我国城市发展与世界城市发展之间的差距,以及发展我国城市经济、提高城市化水平,进而提升国家竞争力的迫切需要。接着以大量客观的实际数据为基础,主要从聚集经济效应、聚集经济结构、产业集群三个方面对聚集经济效应与我国城市化的关系作了较细致的实证分析,得出了较为可信的分析结果。科技聚集伴随产业聚集而产生,聚集与城市发展始终受到制度因素的影响和制约,笔者接下来对科技聚集和制度创新与城市化的关系作了较为具体的必要分析,明确了科技和制度因素对我国城市化的重要作用。之后,对世界产业聚集模式进行简明扼要地比较分析,从而对我国产业集群的发展和模式选择提供可以借鉴的经验。最后,在规范性总结和实证性分析的基础上,对我国城市化过程以及产业聚集、产业集群发展、科技聚集和制度变迁过程中存在的问题进行比较全面的分析,提出了提高我国产业聚集水平,促进城市化和谐、健康发展的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aggregated Economy theory is the classical principle of urban and region economy theory while aggregated economy effect is the basic effect during the process of urbanization. At present, in the field of urban economics, it is a new task to study the relationship between urbanization and aggregated economy effect, to choose the direction and pattern of industry aggregation which can meet the situation of our country and the features of different regions, to promote industry aggregation’ forming and developing, to develop urban and region economy, to upgrade the competing power of the country.With the beginning of defining some basic concepts, this article summarizes and analyses the researching results of industry aggregation and urbanization both in and out of China by consulting current theories about aggregated economy.Then the pertinent data is used to analyze the phase-traits and developing status of the urbanization since the foundation of our country. By comparing the urbanization of the world and our country, the gap between them is clearly seen. It is needed to develop the city economy, to improve the urbanization of our country and promote the competing power of the whole country.Then on the basis of some real dada, the relationship between aggregated economy effect and the urbanization of our country is demonstrated particularly from these three aspects: aggregated economy effect, aggregated economy structure and industry colony, and then is the reliable analyzing result.Science and technology aggregation brings industry aggregation, aggregation and city development are affected and limited by system. Then the relationship between Science and technology aggregation, system innovation and urbanization is analyzed necessarily, the effect of science and technology, the function of system to our country’s urbanization is ensured after then.Afterwards, some suggestions about how to develop the industry colony and how to choose its patterns are given by comparing and analyzing the world’s and our country’s industry aggregation pattern. Finally, on the basis of normal summary and experienced analysis, problems in the process of urbanization , matters in theindustry aggregation, issues in science and technology aggregation, troubles in system transformation are analyzed across-the-board, suggestions about how to advance the industry level of our country, how to promote urbanization much harmonious and nicer.更多还原
