新型大跨型钢筋混凝土组合空心楼板研究

【摘要】 现浇钢筋混凝土空心楼板自重轻、板底平整、保温隔声效果好,在跨度较大的多高层建筑中现已得到应用;而钢骨混凝土组合扁梁楼板则具有结构高度低、承载力大、刚度高、延性性能好的特点。本文对上述两种楼板形式进行有机组合,提出一种双向受力的新型型钢混凝土组合空心楼板体系。 本文首先给出这种楼板的形式特点和构造要求;并依据虚功原理,通过有限元方法,分析型钢对楼板弹性刚度的增强作用,推导弹性刚度的实用计算公式,以便于按弹性薄板理论对其做受力分析;另外建立四边简支均布荷载条件下的楼板有限元计算模型,采用三维非线性有限元方法分析其弹塑性阶段的受力性能;论文还按照钢骨混凝土梁的计算方法求解楼板单位宽度的正截面极限弯矩,在此基础上应用钢筋混凝土板的塑性铰线理论求解这种新型楼板的极限荷载。 为方便按照规范计算其挠度,抽取一个区格宽度的板带,利用非线性有限元方法分析混凝土开裂后板带短期刚度的变化规律;同时以四边简支条件下承受均布面荷载的楼板为例,分析其荷载位移变化关系,在参数分析的基础上给出挠度计算的简化公式。 分析结果指出这种新型楼板能有效提供较高的承载能力和刚度,可适用于大柱网、大开间建筑。本文的结构性能分析和设计计算方面的探讨,将有助于这种新型楼板的继续研究和应用。

【Abstract】 The cast -in-situ reinforced concrete hollow floor suited to large-span buildings has been put into engineering practices largely because of its architectural benefits for light weight, flat floor ceiling , as well as good behavior on heat preservation and sound insulation. Meanwhile,steel reinforced concrete (SRC) flat beam , despite of lower structural height, has great bearing capacity, high stiffness and good working ductility . On the basis of making full use of the merits of two type floor forms mentioned above, this paper ,by the method of integration of these two forms , hereby presents one new type of large-span steel-concrete composite hollow floor system.The paper discusses the conformation characteristics and requirements for two-way steel-concrete composite hollow floor.Then based on virtual work principle, by means of 3D-FEM,the shaped steel’s strengthening effect on the elastic stiffness of such floor is investigated and the simplified elastic stiffness calculation formula is derived .It hence is possible to analyze the floor in light of the elastic thin plate theory. Meanwhile,a rational finite element model of one simple-supported floor under vertical uniform load is built,and by using nonlinear 3D-FEM, the analysis about its structural behavior at the elastic-plastic stage after concrete cracking is made in detail. By adopting the calculation method of SRC(steel reinforced concrete) beams,the bending moment of per unit width floor can be worked out. The paper ,hereby, discusses how to obtain the ultimate load by applying the yield line theory.For the purpose of deflection calculation based on Chinese design code, a slab strip of one grid width is taken out from the floor as a whole and the rule of its short-term stiffness variation is studied by using nonlinear 3D-FEM.On the basis of load-deflection relationship discussion and parameters anlysis,the simplified formula aimed to the calculation of the simple-supported floor slab under vertical uniform load is derived.The results indicate that this kind of floor slab can effectively provide the bearing capacity and rigidity when applied to buildings with large column span and bay width.The theoretically feasible analysis on the structural behavior of such floor system as well as discussion on design and calculation are helpful for its further study and engineering application.
