10千伏配电网中性点接地方式的选择

【摘要】 本论文阐述了各种中性点接地方式的划分标准,国内外的发展及现状,并且比较了各种中性点接地方法的优缺点。 论文对淮安市东郊变的10kV侧供电系统的电容电流进行了理论计算,并且与实验数据进行了比较。针对目前配电系统中常见的过电压进行了仿真计算,同时对各种接地方式对过电压的限制做了仿真分析。 论文还从供电的可靠性、电气设备、绝缘水平、通讯干扰、继电保护、人身安全等方面对各种接地方式进行了比较,根据东郊变的实际情况最终确立了东郊变10kV供电系统选择中性点通过消弧线圈的接地方式,选择自动跟踪补偿消弧线圈,并对消弧线圈的容量和脱谐度进行了计算。

【Abstract】 The difference among three neutral grounding modes is discussed and the merits and demerits of these modes are compared. The capacitance current in 10kV side of Dongjiao substation of Huaian city is calculated and compared with the actual circumstance. Simulated calculation is performed to analyze the regular over-voltage in distribution network,. At the same time, the limit of over-voltage in different neutral grounding modes has been taken into account.The paper also compared three neutral grounding modes from the stability of electricity power supply, electric facilities, the level of insulation, the disturbance of communication, the protection system and the safety of operator. According to the actual circumstance of Dongjiao substation, the selection of grounding modes is via Peterson coil which mainly consists of an auto-tuned Peterson coil. The capability and out-of-resonance of Peterson coil are calculated.
