【摘要】 国有大中型企业在国民经济的关键和重要部门中处于支配地位,对整个国民经济的发展起决定作用。职工作为企业的主人,是企业的财富,在我国实行全民健身计划过程中,职工体育作为群众体育的一个重要组成部分,对计划能否顺利的落实与贯彻起着非常重要的作用。随着经济的发展,在社会主义市场经济条件下,国有大中型企业发生着一系列深刻的变化,面向市场,转换经营机制,原来管理模式和运行机制不适应形势发展。而处于企业文化范畴之中重要组成部分的职工体育,如何适应社会主义市场经济发展和职工对健身运动的需求,是当前职工体育亟待解决的问题。作为湖南第二大经济强市的岳阳,在大中型企业改革过程中,职工体育如何适应新的形势,新的环境也是湖南省体育决策部门和理论界普遍关心的问题。本文运用体育学、社会学和管理学等学科的理论知识,采取了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问法、数理统计法、理论分析法等研究方法,对岳阳市国有大中型企业的职工体育锻炼的内容、形式、途径等现状与影响因素等进行了详细研究,并与计划经济时期各企业职工体育在组织形式、管理方式、职工体育活动等各方面进行了比较。得出以下结论: 1、岳阳市国有大中企业职工参与体育锻炼的程度很高。 2、对体育项目的选择,与职工的特别、年龄、学历与工作性质有关;娱乐性在职工体育锻炼中占很大的比重。 3、影响岳阳市国有大中型企业职工个人体育锻炼开展的主要问题是:个人的兴趣爱好、时间、场地设施和财力。 4、两种体制下的职工体育在组织形式、管理方式、场地设施、体育经费来源、职工体育活动、职工体育意识等各方面均有不同。更多还原
