串联谐振感应加热逆变电源的研制

【摘要】 本文以串联谐振感应加热电源为研究对象,首先分析了现代感应加热的发展现状和趋势,对几种较为常见的功率调节方式予以介绍,并选择扫频控制作为本课题的控制方案,对扫频控制中一些环节予以重点介绍,结合实际,对实际应用中的功率调节闭环参数选取,以及限相环设计等实际电路设计予以阐述。研制了一台超音频电源。 针对在低阻抗负载下,扫频控制中出现的关断角度,关断电流过大问题,采取了电流和相位双反馈的策略,使得在低阻抗下关断电流得以减小,同时对于新控制下,在额定阻抗时的功率调节存在不可控区域现象,采取了变相位反馈比例系数的策略,使得在额定阻抗下的功率不可控区域大大减小,并建立了相位反馈比例系数与限相角度之间的关系表,这对实际调试中的参数选取,有一定的实际意义。最后通过实际的实验验证了上述结论 针对电压型串联谐振的保护问题,本文在分析了几种短路情况下的逆变器的工作状态下分析,提出了相应的保护方案。 最后对于感应加热的扩容问题,分析了一种较有前途的拓扑,LLC负载谐振,较为详细的分析了这种拓扑的负载特性,以及这种拓扑与LC之间的转换,以及对实际应用中应注意的一些特性加以阐述,相对于LC串联谐振,LLC在感应加热的扩容上有拓扑上优势,就LLC拓扑的双机并联中的环流抑制机理等予以分析,为以后的研究工作打下基础。
【Abstract】 This paper present a detail analysis of a PFM control on IGBT series resonant inverter for induction heating application. The control consists of three loops, power regulation loop, phase limitation loop, voltage limitation loop, which are analyzed in this paper, the structure of the compensation network and parameter are derived. The implementation of the control circuit is described and experiment results are shown.For the drawback of big switching current and angle in an over loading condition, current and phase double feedback are presented, which can reduce switching current in over loading condition, so reducing switching loss, and it do not change power regulation under rated load with a alterable coefficient of phase feedback, experiment results has prove itSome protect strategy are also presented based on the detail analysis on the short circuit event in the inverter or inductorium, some simulation and experiment results has prove it.To increase the power level of induction heating application, a new topology of LLC resonant are analyzed, which can restrain the shunt current of parallel inverter, the paper also give some compare in control strategy between LC and LLC, some simulation result are given.
